My husband took me on a trip to Mill Valley for my 40th birthday. The staff was wonderful and attentive from the moment we walked in the door. They remembered my birthday and had cake and wine waiting for me when I got to my room. My husband is a very light sleeper and our room was just outside the...

I have spent a lot of time in Mill Valley, always staying with friends. This time I brought my daughter and husband along... so we wanted to stay in a hotel. I had seen the Mill Valley Inn and had it recommended by locals... I wanted to stay there. Our first room (on the second floor of the front building)...

This wonderful little hotel was located in just the right spot of Mill Valley, centrally located so you can walk all around the town. Rooms were excellent, front desk service was super helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

We stayed here for the first two nights of our honeymoon in the penthouse apt and it was wonderful! There were such beautiful views from the room, a great deck and very spacious living area. It is located close to the town square where most of the restaurants are and there is a great craft brewery next door. The staff...

Had a very nice room, complimented with a 1/2 bottle of 2012 Alexander Valley Shiraz and a chocolate bar with seas salt. The "Cottage" was beautiful with fireplaces and country style furnishings that made sense with the redwoods. The included continental breakfast was outstanding. Good quality smoked salmon, fresh oatmeal, berries, waffles and much more. The stay included a wine...

This was a very good overall pick for a Hotel in the San Fransisco area. The Inn is located close to Muir woods or San Fransisco. Mill Valley is a great town. All restaurants are located walking distance around the Inn. We walked to 4 places and had drinks and dinner. The rooms were quiet, large and comfortable. The breakfast...

I can't add too much to the other recent, excellent reviews. Great location, nestled next to a redwood grove (amazing to us from the East) and close to a lot of restaurants, but on the edge of the business district. Staff was fantastic, and really helped us. We had a lovely treat put in our room when they learned it...

We stayed in room 22 for our honeymoon. Beautifully appointed king-size room with a sunken tub and large shower. The breakfasts were sumptuous. The staff was very kind. Muir Woods and Mount Tam were minutes away. Restaurants and stores were steps away from the hotel. We loved our stay and highly recommend the Mill Valley Inn

This Inn is right in the middle of town in Mill Valley. We stayed in the rear Creek House, which was roomy and had a very comfy King bed, hardwood floors, big bathroom, large wrap around balcony overlooking trees & a creek. Did I mention the redwoods right outside the door? Very nice breakfast was included in the price as...

This little town has it all. Great location so much to do around the area. The inn was so well run. The people who worked there went above and beyond to help with whatever we asked. S fantastic breakfast is offered, and also an afternoon wine and cheese. Would definitely recommend.
