We stayed for one night in the Nest. We planned to go on the scenic railroad and go to check in afterwards. It is only about 10 minutes away. Next morning we went to Mount Rainier which is again about 10 minutes driving, so the location was very convenient for our travel plans. The cabin had a big full bathroom...

I attended a friend's wedding and reception at this magical location and it was perfect. Several rustic, charming cottages, garden, gazebo are perfect to accommodate guests and host a reception. The Sanctuary is a small amphitheater in the forest accessible through a trail. Wonderful location to spend some quite time and enjoy nature.

For roughly the same price as a motel, I got to stay in my own cabin in the woods by Mount Rainier! So first of all, Wellspring is NOT for everyone. But it was PERFECT for me! If you want a unique place to stay that allows you to truly feel a part of nature, Wellspring might just be for...

Climb ladder into treehouse which barely fits a queen bed. Was owner's kids treehouse growing up and she has kept the kid's feel, with Bernstein Bears books on nightstand. Old tv in there with dvd player and a few old movies like the Goonies. Personal bathroom down ladder and a short walk. No WiFi or cell service. No breakfast in...

A relaxing time in the woods. We stayed there during a get-together weekend. We sat on the porch in the rocker. We lit the woodstove, and slept well on the comfortable beds. We walked around the grounds to the pond and the labyrinth, and up to the chapel-in-the woods. The lack of cell-phone connection, television and Wi-Fi was an added...

We loved Wellspring Spa Resort! At first we thought it curious that no staff seemed to be around (we later saw someone setting up the sauna and someone cleaning a unit), but as our stay progressed, we understood that was part of the solitude it provides. Next time we will stay for 2 days - we didn't want to leave...

Such an incredibly lovely and relaxing spot. The cabins are very sweet. I just got back from three nights in the 3 Bears cabin, which is extremely comfortable and den-like: two wood stoves, a well-stocked kitchen, a nice living room, a very comfortable bed, and even a jetted tub. The grounds are even better--the two outdoor hot tubs are adjacent...

We came here for a surprise birthday party with a group of friends. The lodge was rented for the party and most of the guests stayed in cabins on the property. The lodge sleeps about 8 people and would be great for families. It accommodated a group celebration/get together well. We had 16 people in our group which was manageable...

A pleasant suprise I want to tell everyone so they can enjoy Wellspring as much as I did. We stayed in the same room Al Gore stayed in when he climbed Mt. Rainier with his son. It was so cozy with the fireplace and my massage was very relaxing.

A return to stay in the charming cabin in Wellspring has made it on our family bucket list. We stayed in one of the "luxury" cabins that had a loft where our tween/teenage daughters felt they were perched in a fancy treehouse. Proprietors were professional and responsive to our inquiries via email. Cabin was well maintained, clean, and cozy. We...
