I have recently moved all my business here for regionally based meetings and they have been superb. The service is excellent, the food outstanding - a chef who knows how to cater for veggie and vegan options and doesn't throw together a cheese sandwich and think that's the job done! A warm and friendly feel with a 'can do' attitude....

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. The room was very nice, clean comfortable and had tea and coffee making. The staff and the owner were very good, nothing was to much trouble. The food in the restaurant was nice as was the breakfast loads of choice. This place a little dated ,but had loads of character and we would def...

We have just returned from a lovely weekend stay at Lyncombe Lodge. We cannot rate this hotel highly enough and are recommending to all our friends and family. We stayed through a travel bird offer but will be more than happy to return and pay standard rates. The staff ( Damien, Kate and Joycey - hope that's right.!!!) could not...

We were allocated a woodland room which although spacious had clearly been flooded at some point - the carpet flooring in the room was barely dried out, the Lino in the bathroom was all distorted, the ceiling was falling down - even the booklet about the place had been wet and dried out - too many more issues to list....

Stayed in a room just above the kitchen, was told the kitchen extract fan would be turn off. But the refrigerator heat exchanger fan could not be turn off, the manager said that he would move the refrigerator away from the wall, this didn’t change the fact that the fan was only 4 feet from my head when in the...

The Lyncombe Lodge Hotel is a great hotel if you want to get away from it all, with its great location tucked away in the hills, with great customer service, excellent food, and a good size bedroom. We have just had a lovely weekend here in Somerset, and with its lovely balcony in room 4, you cannot find better.

Lovely hotel situated in a very quiet place.very helpful and pleasant staff.food very good, especially breakfast, room very comfortable, bathroom good shower could be better, but that is only negative I can give. The views are beautiful, there is a practice ski slope right next door. Cheddar Gorge, clevedon ,Weston super mare, and Bristol all close by.

Sometimes the location outshines the hotel itself as it does at Lyncombe Lodge, its setting is fabulous and there is plenty to do if you if walking interests you. The hotel itself is good if a little jaded, but the double room was clean and tidy if a little small. With regard to food we only had breakfast which was...

Partner and I booked through a website deal which also included tickets to cheddar gorge. Rooms average size and comfortable. Really friendly staff. Good food and lovely surroundings. Would recommend :)
