Best thing about my stay at the hotel is the staff. Excellent customer service. Most especially Dan at the reception. Always willing to assist, polite and incredibly efficient. I arrived really late and there was issues with my booking and for some time thought I'd have to sleep in my car but he reassured me and sorted out the issue. Many thanks. Company is lucky to have such a diligent staff.
The Staff at the Ramada hotel are one of the best I have ever come across. ELIF and CAROLINA are incredible at their jobs. going over and beyond to solve whatever issues you might need. cleaners are very efficient and lovely and management are not only reachable regarding any issues I had but also very helpful. great experience all round
This is hands down the worst stay I have ever had. I stayed in an ‘executive room’. Upon entering the room it was absolutely freezing and stank of cigarettes. We tried to use the heating/aircon and it did not work. We then turned on the tv to realise it has been smashed and doesn’t work at all. To top it all off was the constant rumble of what sounded like a boiler. We did not sleep one bit and as a result checked out at 5am. We reported this to the receptionist who said ‘thanks for letting me know, bye’. No apology, no rectification and no customer service skills. I wish to be contacted by management urgently to resolve this. If this was the ‘executive’ experience, I can’t imagine the standard experience.
Excellent customer service. Best I’ve received. Alma, Emily and Katie are one of the nicest, welcoming and friendliest women you could ever meet. Ramada are lucky to have them. Very helpful and always smiling 😀.Relished every minute of my stay thanks to these lovely ladies.
Stayed at the Ramada at Birchanger. Had some inconvenience situation but was helped by Elif. She sorted it out. She is very sweet. I definitely recommend asking for her if you need help! Thank you for your great help Elif!!
