Just back from a lovely little weekend break at the Hotel De Paris. I honestly can't fault it, lovely old world charm very clean lovely views and great location. Used by coach trips so lots of older people here which is probably why things at the hotel are done in an old fashioned way but it isn't tired its fresh...

This is a hotel we have visited - and loved - in the past and fully acknowledge its somewhat dated charm, which is absolutely fine provided standards are up to scratch. Sadly that no longer appears to be the case, based I must admit only on lunch-time snack today. I ordered scone with cream and jam and coffee. The scone...

The hotel is much better than I thought it would be, I guess so rooms may be outdated but we had 33,39,59 and G4 and the rooms were all freshly painted, clean and with good decor really. Good sized bedrooms and comfy beds, a good valued stay. With a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast let it down however, gluten...

Hotel on sea front a little drab but inside a pleasant surprise. Friendly reception and soon sorted. Disappointed with the room, small facing the courtyard in the middle of the hotel with views of the dustbins however the room was spotlessly clean with nice flat screen, tea coffee etc and new bathroom. Many rooms do have sea or town views...

Went to this hotel on a Alfa coach trip.lovely Victorian building best location in town overlooking pier.rooms clean and tidy, food great service great staff even greater. I don't like praising individuals but Liz who worked behind the bar merits praise. All in all good experience.

Most old established seaside towns have at least one architectural gem from Victoriana and The Hotel de Paris is certainly Cromer's premier example. Gradual restoration to original splendour is clearly on the agenda and originality oozes everywhere. It perhaps appeals to the older generation, though boasts all mod cons. The menu offers tasty plain English dishes and the wines are...

The hotel and rooms have the old fashioned carpet laid and the bedroom furniture is dark wood and looks dated. However the bedroom was spotlessly clean, beds comfy and good large towels. We had room 62 on the third floor overlooking the pier and sea to the front and along the coast line to the right as we were in...

My husband & myself called on speck for a few days and got the choice of 3 rooms to inspect before we decided to stay, which I thought was being upfront and hiding nothing. We had a fantastic sea view bay fronted room and found our stay most enjoyable. The staff were excellent and the receptionist Julie most helpful. We will definitely be going...

We visited Cromer basically to go onto the Pier I had been many times but had never been on the Pier. From this hotel you had a good view of the Pier. The hotel had been standing for many years and the upkeep must be tremendous as there are parts that are in need of refurbishing. We had a lovely...

The staff, the food & the room (we booked a triple) all great. Karolina ( the manageress) was exceptional when my friend was taken ill on the first day of our coach holiday and Liz was great at the Bar and the Bingo. Unfortunately I'm not too keen on Cromer as there is not too much to do
