We stayed in this hotel in spring time, stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was extremely clean, rooms were spacious, the spa with thermal water and pools were wonderful , indoor water park was definitely a plus for my daughter . Regarding the food it wasn’t what we expected unfortunately .

The hotel is very nice, clean, well-equipped. Me and my boyfriend really appreciated the spa area and nice spacious swimming pool. The room was also spacious, clean with a comfortable bathroom and a good room service.I would like to point out especially the fact that the stuff was usually able to speak in english and for exemple even the small cards with a description of meal in the restaurant was in english.The stuff was very professional, nice, kind and polite. If You let me to mention also some negative aspects, the first one was a terrible cappuccino in a bar- either do it well or don’t do it at all ☺️ The second thing ( which is much more important, but unfortunately it is not the fault of hotel, so there is maybe no possibility to anything) is a behavior of some Turkish clients. I don’t think that it is respectful and polite to wear a pyjama or sport - hiking clothes in 5 stars hotel’s restaurant. I could see that It is not enough to have money. I would to please these clients to think about it- that’s great to have money for paying the hotel room, but it is also necessary to have some moral level to ‘fitting in’ this society. It is the shame that by this unbelievable behavior some clients devalued the work of the great stuff and also the mood of a luxury hotel. Thank you. I hope that one day I will come back.…

The pools were amazing!! I could have easily spent days switching between the thermal pools and all other facilities like the steam room, sauna, etc. The food was just excellent! There was entertainment in the evening which was great. The only silly thing was having to purchase a swimming cap before entering the pool. I don't understand why one would need a cap when the pools a filtered. I would definitely go again.

The hotel is not worth a 5 star hotel. I would say max 4 stars. First we waited more than 2 hours at the reception to get our room even that we arrived on time! They did not offer us anything to drink while we should wait for them. Not good! The thermal and wellness area is outdatedand very old, but their sauna is very nice!!! The most f**** up thing is that their wifi does not work at all!! We asked the reception more than 10 times but they cant help other than they will reset their router.. We will never come back to this hotel again.

We visited the hotel for holiday. Hotel is designed for children if you have kids, you will enjoy but if you aim to cheal , get relax and benefit from termal water and spa, it wont be a good choice. Hotel personnel have tried to help but the customers’ profile was not good enough.

I stayed there 4 nights with my family we came from London. I stayed several hotels but I amazed the way how hotel staff approach guest requirements. Spa was amazing massage was relaxing although it was complimentary included my package. Food was really nice. Lots of activities for kids and babies. Private swimming pools for families absolutely perfect. Will be back again in near future

.We stayed at NG Afyon with our two years old son . Hotel is super kids friendly which was great for us .. There are so many things for kids to get on with ..Sincap klup is excellent , our son spent so much time there .. Rooms are very clean , housekeeping is doing a great job .. so dont forget to leave a tip 😉, they so deserve it ... Our first two days were during the New year so Hotel was full .. Must say pool areas gets a bit overcrowded and not so relaxing during that time but once the new year was over than it was so pleasant to stay in pool areas .. We hope to come back here next year again , thank you for making our stay so comfortable!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
