We use to come for business to the Akrones for many years now and this time we were very surprised of the personal behavior at the front desk. Agressivity and rude words were said to us when we were checking out. As a result we definitely won't consider coming again to this hotel.

Near the highway very easy to access. Has an outlet centre next to it where you can shop and spent the evening. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. But the service can be improved. You pay 5 tl for a head covering, for 700 a day this could be included. We paid 18 tl for 2 cans of coke during dinner. Nobody said it was paid, nor at check in nor the waiter. He said that he thought I would have known... of course the bill comes a few minutes later. The positive points are therefore washed away. I should recommend Gural where I stayed last year.

We were big group just spend time at the hot spa,pool and hamam. Had blast time one off friend stay there said food was amazing also took some pictures. I know they have Thai massage, salt room, ice room and steam rooms . They have woman and men side or some off areas are mixed. I highly recommend this place.

Must say is what makes the hotel great is the great hospitality of the staff, the facilities are also great, the thermal water pool was nice and better than some of the hotels I've been to, food is good but could've add more chicken dishes, overall this is a great hotel for a family to stay in as you'll spend the entire day at the hotel, there is an open mall nearby if you want to shop too.

Recently built hotel with lots of thermal facilities and pools. Advanture shower with thunder effects was strange. Open buffet has lots of varieties including meat, fish and duck. Rooms are very nice and comfortable.

The hotel is a new hotel. It is better then all of the hotels in Afyon. But the problem of the food is the same for all the hotels in Afyon. All of the hotels are half board. And the quality of food is low for a five star hotel. But if you just want spa don’t care about food this is your place. But they sell hair restraint extra. It should be included in thhe price.

Brand new thermal hotel. Staff friendly and warm welcome. During summer time no need for air conditioning that is a big plus. Big selection of breakfast buffet items such as pastry, egg corner, cold cuts, jams, choices of juices and fresh vegetables etc... Diet corner is not forgotten as well. Free of charge thermal pool access is a plus, also has olympic size swimming pool is included in the amenities. Keyani steak house is a must visit restaurant. Our first visit was on Dec 2016, winter time is also very good place to visit. Location is very convenient with walking distance to a big mall. Also very nice overnight place if you are driving from south to the north or east to the west of Turkey. Recommended for couples and families.
