The hotel is very clean and cozy. Great location, walking distance from the center. Service is efficient and polite. Breakfast buffet is just what you need to start the day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Begur.
We were in Begur for a wedding close by. Enjoyed the town with its charming narrow streets, shops and restaurants but most of all enjoyed the oasis that is Hotel Hanoi, the smallest of three hotels in the 'Group' and close to center of town. Only nine rooms, more of a bed and breakfast. Lovely old house, very tasteful and appointed rooms, good aircon and wi-fi. Excellent breakfast on the patio, and always coffee, croissants available ... and newspapers every day, including one in English. One lady takes care of everything and she is a delight. The other nearest hotel, Le Petit Convent, (100 yards) has a restaurant and very helpful staff as well. We'll be back.
Stayed here for five nights enjoyed days of exploring and walking. Hotel was clean and decorated well inside. Room was comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We felt very welcome and relaxed.
This hotel is quaint and full of character. It is like staying in a private house. The all day tea and coffee is most welcome. Perfectly located within the village. Free (or cheap in summer) parking close by. Would definitely stay again.
As others have said this lovely 'hotel' tucked away just on the edge of the old town centre, does not have a reception so you have to walk around the block to their sister hotel to check in. The staff are very friendly but it did feel odd not having anybody around when you came in or out. But.. apart from that we couldn't fault the place. Lovely comfy bed in a lovely room. The 'free' coffee and snacks downstairs, which you can take out into the little courtyard, or climb up to the terrace at the back of the house and sit on the sun beds are a nice touch and breakfast was good with breads, cheese, meat and fruit available. There's no parking on site but a free car park is only five minutes down the road. I was also under the impression shuttle buses run from the same place to the beaches in the summer, we had to drive!…
