I arrived at this hotel around 3:20 in afternoon. I stood in line to check in just to be told that checkin is 4 o’clock. This was discouraging after traveling 6 hours. I told the person checking me in that the website for the hotel doesn’t show a checkin time. He stated well my computer says it’s 4 o’clock. He then went on to tell me that most people call to see if their room is ready before they check in. He was quite loud about it as well. Not sure how I can call while driving in Atlanta traffic. The room was average and the reception food was okay. We were all told 5:30 and it wasn’t ready at that time. On the plus side, the morning crew was much friendlier and helpful. I don’t intend to stay here again. I stay at hotels constantly for travel and have never been…

This beautiful property is quietly situated off off Sullivan Rd. Santiago at front desk and KD in the food services Deartments definitely understand the assignment when it comes to delivering excellent service. Very comfortable, enjoyable, and quiet. While the evening reception food wasn't the best, there are great wings that can be ordered from the menu and the complimentary breakfast omelette and bar more than makes up for it.

had to book a hotel by the airport as my flight was severely delayed and next flight was for the following morning. hotel provides airport shuttle to and from hotel every 30 minutes - it’s first come first served. buffet breakfast and made to order eggs is provided in the morning down on the ground floor. be sure to show digital key or a ticket that the front desk provides when you go for breakfast. also the hot buffet is not self serve - someone will ask you what you want. the breakfast was fine but the rooms are dark and dingy as the lobby is grandiose which is deceiving when you go to your room. the hotel is overpriced for what is provided.

Nice hotel offering spacious and quiet room, happy-hour, a fitness center, this hotel is missing one thing : a decent restaurant, especially that there is nothing around the hotel to grab some food. Breakfast is available but not great. A complimentary shuttle runs between the hotel and the airport every 30 minutes.

I would stay at another Embassy but this one was not in the best part of town. The hotel itself was clean but our room had some crumbs in the chair. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean. The concierge was very kind but seem to be a little bit unorganized.

My family and I stayed at this hotel during a wedding. We had 3 rooms for 1 week. Victor, I'm not sure if he is the manager or a receptionist screamed at me to "GET OUT" because my service dog barked once while playing with my young nephew. I paid all pet deposits. Victor, then continued to yell at me to "GET OUT YOU AND YOUR DOG!" until we had to stand outside. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR BY HOTEL EMPLOYEE.

I wish I could give zero stars! I stayed here with my family for one night in March 2022. Unfortunately, our youngest son forgot his beloved security blanket in the room and didn't realize it until we had already started driving back to NC. We figured, "no big deal, we will give them a call and ask them to mail it to us", just as we have with other items accidentally left in rooms...without incident. We called the hotel immediately upon noticing we didn't have it (45 minutes after checking out) to inform them of the lost item and have called multiple times since in an attempt to locate his blanket, with no luck. The hotel maintains that it has not been found! Our son is completely devastated, and I truly wish we had just gone back to get his blanket - or better yet - had…

Horrible hotel. They don’t answer the phone. They stop their airport shuttle early so then you have to wait in a hour long taxi line to go 2 miles. They don’t give a damn because it’s an airport hotel with a captive audience. You would be better off on a park bench.

The staff were very nice and the room was clean , the breakfast included was ok, just not like before the pandemic. Airport Shuttle was good --- just the room rates were high for what you got although it was indeed a "suite" .

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend before picking up my daughter from her flight late on Sunday night. Our stay was extremely expensive and highly disappointing. First of all, the hotel advertises gated parking. The gates are broken. There is no security, and this hotel is located in a nasty, seedy part of town. There were people milling around the parking lot in the middle of the night, and signs stating, "No parties allowed". Bad first impression! The lobby and hotel bar are attractive. The bartender was very sweet to me, and even gave me a discount. That was the best part of my stay. The room needed help. We booked a superior room with snacks and drinks included. Upon arrival, the Perrier bottle in the fridge was already opened and half-gone. The snacks and…
