This hotel is beautiful with easy access to the highway. It is also within an easy walk to the CNN Center and Olympic Park. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed especially comfortable. What made the hotel standout was the staff. They were very helpful.

We were treated like royalty from the time we arrived! I don't have enough time or space to fully review how wonderful our stay was! From the valet parking to the espresso machine in our room to the absolutely amazing breakfast buffet, every little detail was carried out to the fullest! The front desk even gave us loaner umbrellas to... More

The beds were very comfy and the staff are extremely friendly. I like the location. The only issue is that the rooms are smaller than I expected for the price. Little outdated feeling but nothing too bad. Again I cannot say enough about the friendly staff, from the doorman to the waitress to the housekeeping staff.

I stay here on business travel and this hotel is my top pick of hotels (globally) for a quiet, comfortable, and clean environment leading to a great nights sleep. The staff are helpful, polite and courteous. They make you feel like a special guest. The restaurants are both excellent.

We stayed here on a road trip to and from tn... Service was incredible, as usual! Boys loved the pool, the gym was small but worked! The one drawback we had was they did not have a plug for our electric vehicle. They did plug us in to a reg outlet, but we were unplugged at some point during the... More

Was in town for a conference this last weekend. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly & helpful. The hotel needs a few upgrades (worn down carpeting usual signs of age) but you can't beat the location. The room was big and airy, the bed was extremely comfortable. Most importantly (for me) it was quiet. Each day the offer snacks (for... More

Spent one night there last week, has been updated but found the staff and facility at the same high level it was in the past. Extremely helpful for a business traveler on a very tight timetable and more than willing to shuttle us around the city for our appointments.

We recently visited Atlanta to attend a Braves baseball game. We had reservations at another hotel and attempted to check in prior to the 4:00 PM check-in time, but the hotel was not ready for our arrival. We also felt uneasy about the surrounding area when we pulled into our original hotel so we decided to cancel our reservation and... More

Everyone was so nice, going out of their way to make our stay lovely. Friendly and always professional southern hospitality. The club room was open all day with great drink and food offerings. Rooms were nice but not amazing. Didn't try the restaurant but hear it's nice. The gym was well stocked. Enjoyed our few days here.

My husband and I stay at the Ritz Buckhead usually. It is definitely spiffier than Ritz downtown, but the staff at downtown are phenomenal. Everyone is so nice. Everyone is so concerned that every aspect of your stay is perfect. Not to mention the Ritz downtown is more affordable. In short, love them and their slightly outdated hotel.
