Anytime we are attending an event at Phillips or the Dome or going to the aquarium we like to stay here. This was our 3rd time in less than a year. The bed and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Hotels typically have comfy pillows that you want to keep. These, and the bed, felt like sleeping on concrete.

After visiting Atlanta over the years, we agreed that if we ever had a reason to be back we wanted to stay at the Omni CNN Center. It seemed like the perfect location to use as a base for getting around. We did have an opportunity to stay this past weekend attending two baseball games. We arrived shortly before 3...

Hotel is in a great location next too Centennial Olympic Park, the CNN Center, World of Coke, etc. Hotel staff was attentive, except when retrieving my car at departure. Valet parking was ridiculous! $35 per day is way too expensive for parking. That is just taking advantage of your guests! Charging for internet access (unless you are a loyalty member)...

The room was not well cleaned when I arrived ( the champagne bottle cover on the floor under the desk). It didn't get any better, the next morning I noticed that one of the towels hanging on the rack in the shower looked as if a woman had wiped her face on it (it had a giant mascara stain on...

Overall Hotel is extravagant and beautiful. Bell Staff are very professional from A to Z. Valet staff had one or two bad apples but the good ones exuded the negativity out the window. Ashley of the front desk. She will be a leader in this brand if she stays. Prime Meridian staff exceptional. Room 1482 offered a beautiful sight of...

Nice hotel, but be prepared to not have the room you reserved. We found the location nice and the room clean and spacious. Problem was, despite reserving the room two weeks in advance on THEIR website and despite online checking in that morning, they gave away our King room and only had two bed Queen rooms. And the person checking...

Original room had mold, ripped carpet and cracked sink. Second room was OK, though right next to ringing elevator. Concierge service had limited availability and difficult to get assistance. At one point, suggested I arrange my own event. Some front desk workers were not informed on what hotel offers.

Hotel overall is OK, but room where I stayed can still hear the car passing by, not really quiet. sometimes the tissue did not get refilled. The elevator needs to be improved as well. the location is good, CNN is at the same building, and Centennial park is next to the building, Atlanta Marta is 2 minutes walking distance.

I stayed at the Omni Hotel for my wedding. Starting with the wedding coordinator Miss Willow woods, she could have been more accommodating with myself the bride by interacting with me regarding the wedding. She had asked for my cellphone number to contact me on the day of the wedding only, instead of 1 year prior when the contract was...
