The friendly staff made our stay wonderful. There are still some renovations going on but no problems with that for us. Our room was newly renovated and very clean. No perfume smells, clean air. Huge king bed with clean, white coverings, great sheets and pillows. The room was clean! No perfumed smell, the room was clean. The staff day and...

Going thru renovation, so be prepared for lots of disruptions. Nice location if you want to be downtown. But be warned...there is a daily charge for parking, even though the Choice Hotel website makes no mention of a charge for parking. Also, just know if you have any issues during your stay...management & ownership doesn't care about its guests...just their...

Mr. Bitter, Thank you for the feedback concerning your recent stay with us. It was unfortunate that we were not able to resolve the issue of the damages you caused to the hotel to your satisfaction. Mike Gratton General Manager

Be aware that there are renovations happening at this hotel. The room I was in had water, unlike some other reviews. However air in the line caused the sink and shower to "spit" when in use. Quite a wake up. The morning of checkout the elevator was not functional (not a big deal since hotel is only 4 stories). Hammering...

I am very sorry for the inconvenience that our current renovation caused you. We attempt to keep the inconvenience to our guest as low as possible. I understand about you not wanting to stay with us again, but hope the changes that you saw while here would make you consider staying with us in the future, after the renovation is...

The location is very good, but the quality is not comparable to the other hotels downtown such as the Hyatt or Marriott. It was supposed to be a Best Western hotel chain, but it was sold, and is to become a Choice hotel chain instead. Overall, good value for the money.

Thank you for staying with us. We have converted from a Best Western to an Ascend Hotel Collection Member which is part of the Choice family. The hotel is currently being renovated so that we may better serve our guest and where the amenities will be comparable to the other hotels in the downtown area. I hope you will have...

We made the reservation when this was still a Best Western property, but was impressed that it met the BW standard with no problem, even in the midst of major renovations. The room we stayed in (145) had recently been renovated and was fantastic! From the firm mattress to the new shower, it was a pleasure to stay in, even...

I'm used to staying at inexpensive, basic hotels, but I've never gone to one where the water wasn't on when I arrived. The water had been turned off to do a repair and still wasn't working when I came back several hours later. The showers needed reglazing and the rooms weren't the cleanest - if you look in the corners...

I apologize for the water being off. It is unfortunately something we need to do periodically to accommodate the bathroom renovation. About a third of the hotel has received new tub surrounds and we hope to have all rooms done by the end of the year. The hotel is also introducing some high end finishes and amenities such as a...

The staff were all so sweet that you just wanted to take them back home with you! Very friendly and helpful. The location is great - close to restaurants, the Aquarium, World of Coke, the convention center. All within walking distance. If you are visiting the zoo, they will call a checkered cab and the fare to/from is FREE. The...

Linda, Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your recent stay. The rooms are actually in the process of being renovated and we just replaced all the mattresses. The soap dispensers on the wall are being fazed out as we are no longer a BW. The hotel is rebranding itself as part of the Ascend Collection....

There was a convention in town during my last minute business trip and Inn at the Peachtrees was literally the only hotel where I could find a room within a 15 mile radius to my office, outside of motels. I paid $200/night (with taxes) so figured it would be a decent hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, and I felt...

Thank you for letting us know of your recent stay. Many of the concerns you mentioned are currently valid. But as you mentioned, being addressed by our renovation. All the bathrooms are getting a makeover and we are getting rid of the wall mounted dispensers. The hotel will still have exterior corridors leading to the courtyard area. But the courtyard...

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for one night while we attended the Dale Chihuly Exhibit at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.
