This hotel is on the north side of Atlanta on Interstate 285. It is not near any of the attractions you listed. You would have to walk a long way to get to the train unless the hotel has a shuttle that could take you the train station. There is a terminal at Perimeter Mall and Sandy Springs. Taxi would be terribly expensive. If you have a car...that would be your best bet.
I believe it would be about 15 - 20 minutes depending on time of day and weekend versus weekday. I have not stayed at either properties, just know the distance from the airport to midtown and Buckhead.
