The floor was covered in stains, the room smelled musty, and lights didn't work. The room was very dirty. I didn't even take a bath because the tub was disgusting. Had I not had a late flight and gotten in late, I would have turned right back around and asked for a refund. Would never stay here again.

Thank you for your review. It would appear that you stayed in one of the 5 rooms in that building that have not been renovated yet. We are going to renovate those rooms in the near future, but I know that doesn't help your experience on your recent stay. The pictures you posted show unacceptable conditions. We would like to...

My son recently transferred into Emory and we chose to stay at this Inn. Location wise couldn't have been better. From the door of our room to my son's dorm was about 10 min walking distance. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, comfortable and modern and the breakfast was just fine. Don't judge a book by its...

I stayed at the Inn for one night in the middle of the week this summer, and I have to say it was perfect for my needs. I was scheduled to work at the Woodruff Library for two days, and though I had never visited campus before, I was really happy to see that the Inn was close to the...

A great value all around. Convenient to Emory. Nice staff, clean rooms. Breakfast in the morning and wine, coffee, cookies in the evening. Half the price of other hotels in the Emory area. Rooms are clean and updated.

We had to stay here a week in June for our daughter's STEM course at Emory University. It is within walking distance of Emory University and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and the front desk folks are very helpful. Breakfast offerings are standard. Parking is free and it is a dog friendly hotel. No complaints! Stay in the renovated sections...

I had a very positive experience at the University Inn. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. They have a refrigerator, microwave, wi-fi, and continental breakfast, and wine/beer in lobby afternoons on weekdays. Everything you could ask for. They are in the process of renovating rooms; I stayed in an unrenovated one and it was fine. Others in...

Met a couple of friends from college here for a girls weekend, and the University Inn was perfect for us. The location of the hotel was safe and convenient; the room was clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful; and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and afternoon coffee and snacks. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a great location if you have to go to the university or the hospital. Some of the rooms were to have been updated but did not find updates that impressive to me. The guy that checked is in was not very friendly. Flet the price was a little high for the quality of the rooms.

Thank you for your review. Our guests comments are of the utmost importance which we value very highly. I would like to note that you did not stay in a renovated room, in fact, you stayed in one of the 5 rooms that have not yet been renovated in that building. We have material on site to renovate those rooms...

We had a positive experience at The University Inn at Emory where we stayed for 8 days. The staff was friendly. It is located in a very good area, near Atlanta. Received vouchers to use the fitness at Emory campus.

The room was very clean and spacious. A good night's sleep and a nice breakfast. Place was quiet with amenities nearby. Only took us seventeen minutes to drive downtown at 7:15 on Monday morning. Amazing! Looking forward to next visit.
