We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We are working to get these issues fixed.
So this is pretty close to Turner Field, which unfortunately means the area isn't the cleanest or safest. However, it is closer to the downtown, nicer side, so it's not THE worst. The hotel could use an upgrade, too, but the staff is quite nice....More

No not at all there is nothing safe about the hotel or is location. It is wedged between Turner field and the freeway. When I checked in there was a homeless guy begging right at the entrance. I would not want to walk in that neighborhood day or night. I also did not feel the hotel itself was secure for guests and the cleaning staff made off with things I left in my room.

A Marta bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. I would estimate about 7 steps from the hotel entrance. You can hop on the Marta bus and that will take you within a block or two of the Hyatt Regency in about 5-7 minutes depending on traffic. The front desk agent at the hotel will be able to provide more detailed information on bus number, route name, timing, etc. The bus fare is $2.50 one way.
