The hotel was perfectly located for our concert at Atlanta Symphony Hall. The hotel is attractive and very clean. Our room on the 19th floor was quite and well appointed. Valet parking was efficient and polite. We had been worried about safety in downtown Atlanta, but the hotel’s security made us feel safe.
This hotel was wonderful in so many ways! Our first impression of the hotel was when we were greeted by Skylar and Louis at the reception desk. They both were so helpful and pleasant to work with. They were just a delight. Can’t say enough good things about them. The rooms were new, clean and the beds very comfortable. We also loved the view from the top of the hotel where the reception and breakfast area were. The deck outside gave a great view of the skyline of Atlanta. Also, this hotel is in a great location. You can walk to wonderful restaurants, Marta, the museums. As we checked out of the hotel Joe who worked with the valet took care of us and was very nice too. From start to finish everything was A+. You won’t be disappointed if you chose to stay here.
Took a little vacation with my daughter to enjoy the aquarium and zoo. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast staff, especially Samuel were awesome. I accidentally made a huge mess and they did everything right. Then he found me some peanut butter for my waffle. If you are planning a trip to the ATL stay here!
This is by far one of the better hotels in the Atlanta area. I would not stay anywhere else other than Midtown specifically this Hilton property. This is by far the cleanest most friendliest and safest area.
Hotel staff were friendly and appeared to love working there which gave off very positive energy. MARTA across the street was easy to use (and MARTA staff were also helpful and friendly too). Very good restaurants close by. Nice walk to botanical gardens! Felt very safe when walking at night. Great value and would definitely stay here again.
I've stayed in many hotels in Midtown Atlanta on business over the last nine years and chose this Hampton for its location and newness. The location is really great for proximity to restaurants, grocery, Piedmont Park, transit and other amenities. However, given the rate I paid, which was comparable to higher class hotels in the area, I would not stay here again. The room (King view) was the smallest I've ever had in Midtown. It reminded me of a typical room in Manhattan - very tight to maneuver around the furnishings with a relatively small window and an oddly angled layout. Despite being opened less than a year, the walls were scuffed in several places, due I'm sure limited walking area around the furniture. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud to the point that it disrupted my sleep. Sounded like a jet turbine when the AC cycled on. The complimentary breakfast was really sub-par. I've had better at Best Western motels. Rubbery omelets, dry and crumbly scrambled eggs, tasteless "fresh" fruit. Front desk staff was pleasant. …
Stayed 3 nights in the corner room everything nice and good views The rooftop bar was closed over the weekend we were there it looked great Great breakfast Close to everything and can walk Piedmont Park and everywhere if you like walking Just watch on checkout we were charged for 3 Nights parking when we don’t have a car and had to wait for a refund Otherwise great
Location is great (near Colony Square food court) and the hotel property is neat and clean. However, the people that work there, from the valet attendant all the way up to the manager are rude, walk around with a chip on their shoulder and get very annoyed if you dare ask them a question. They are mean to you! It made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Would never stay here again.
Awesome stay with amazing staff. Shanene is great. Tameeka is a great manager and Autumn is a phenomenal supervisor. The king suite was spacious with an amazing courtyard view. Breakfast was included was stay.
Generally nice hotel. Good breakfast. We found the ventilation system a bit noisy, not just our room it seemed to be the pipes that served the whole building, not a problem at night however, assume it is switched off at night. Very good location for the Marta trains to the city and airport, nice roof terrace at top of building, laundry washers and dryers were free which was a nice touch. Not a lot in immediate area for tourists, mainly apartments and offices.
