We were very pleased in the cleanliness of our room as well as the staff was very attentive and nice, they also were very helpfully in giving us directions and recommendations of food places. we were also pleased with the breakfast and felt safe our entire stay
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta for either business or vacation. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and all the amenities are of the highest quality. They have a very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast, which was included in our booking, is, to put it simply, the best. We plan to stay here again when visiting Atlanta in the future.
Place was awesome. Check in was a breeze. Room was very clean and so was bathroom. No problem bringing extra towels for us. Breakfast was nice. Stayed there two days. Parking was a bit expensive. Wish there was more carts for luggage but walk wasn't that bad. Highly recommend!!!
This hotel is awesome, the staff are warm welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable…the area has great food place!!! And my favorite Georgia Aquarium and Coca Cola !!! Love it here…. Will visit again !!!
It was a very nice hotel, but the restaurant/bar had very limited hours and options for guests. The valet parking is required by all guests and it’s $38 per night. I wasn’t expecting that, but it was ok because I felt like my car was secure within the parking garage and it was convenient for my family of 6. The free breakfast was nice, as well. I’d recommend this hotel. My family loved that it was across the street from the aquarium. That’s why we chose it.
The Hyatt location was close to several nice attractions and good restaurants. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was nice too. Our kids loved the pool and fitness center was adequate. The kids also loved The Yard!!
We stayed here for a conference and was pleased with the experience. The design of the room was nice and the staff helped us whenever we had questions. The location was great. We were able to walk to the different places we were interested in. Breakfast was good. We didn’t go to the pool, but it looked fine enough. Overall good experience.
The hotel itself is great but what truly makes a great hotel are not the walls but management. I blame management for the very poor experience we had at the hotel. Horrible breakfast, with COVID restrictions in summer 2022!!! All the food was prepackaged unlike in other Hyatts where we stayed earlier this year and in past years. This was a Hyatt hotel but not a Hyatt experience. No towels available until late in the day, nice house keeping staff though, front desk personnel not up to Hyatt Standards, they always seems bothered and unfriendly.
Check in was easy and fast and welcoming. Each Hyatt employee was kind and spoke to us. Our room & bathroom were clean & the bed and pillows were very comfortable! Great location. Parking was easy, but we weren’t given a ticket on our vehicle because we hadn’t checked in yet because we needed to park & didn’t have a room number. Although we saw the ticket written & my information on it. The next day upon check out, obtaining our vehicle was difficult & the Parking Service employee was very rude and unwilling to assist us. A Hyatt employee got our vehicle immediately after my husband had to go back in for assistance.
Upon arrival our check in was confusing, quick and nothing was explained to us about parking, couldn't find a trolley for our luggage and no one offered to assist us in finding one. Very unfriendly staff. The room was clean but the safety bar in the shower was broken and very low water pressure on the 10th floor. Very frustrating check in. We will not stay here again. Not worth the money.
