Having just returned from our 17th visit ( need I say more ?) to this very special hotel I am finding it difficult to write a review without repeating myself and everything other guests have said. Over the years we have stayed at Molino del Santo in all seasons and each one has something different to offer. Amazing wild flowers...

We stayed at Molino for our honeymoon in 2012 and visited again in 2013. Everything is superb. Wonderful hosts, rustic charm, beautiful surroundings, excellent food, comfy beds, attentive but not intrusive service, the list goes on. Just go and enjoy yourselves. You won't regret it.

We recently booked a night´s stay at the Hotel Molino del Santo and were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The food was delicious, infact we think some of the best we have tasted in Spain. My husband had the beef fillet and it melted in your mouth. The soup appetisers that are...

The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. I have never tasted such delicious Chorizo! Normally I tend to eat...

We had the most wonderful two day stay at Molino del Santo. Total peace in the middle of the most beautiful countryside. We were looked after fantastically and had delicious meals on the stunning terrace. Cannot recommend it too highly.

The best way to start your stay at Molinos del Santo is to ditch the car and journey by train through spectacular scenery to the station of Benaojan.Who needs a car in such a beautiful part of the world, when shanks's pony and taxis are more than adequate and extremely reasonably priced ? Ronda is only 10/15 minutes away.It is...

This small hotel has been on my radar for long time. I finally made the visit and it was worth the wait. Located in a beautiful setting with a lovely pool and gardens, the Molino is a great destination when you want to celebrate or just get away from it all. The attention of the staff is a credit to...

We stayed at Molino del Santo for 10 nights with 3 children- 12, 10 and 8. We had been as a couple many years ago and with our toddler. After a gap of 10 years we decided to return with older children. We were not disappointed and have had a holiday that we will remember for a long time. Our...

This is the most charming ,restful location. The food is excellent and the service good. The local village is interesting and the people very friendly. The surrounding countryside is spectacular. We particularly enjoyed the setting of the outside dining area right next to the babbling brook. We felt that Andy and Pauline have managed to blend the best of Spanish customs and food...
