A week before we were due to visit the town of Zahara I emailed the mill to check if it was open for visitors. I got a clear and informative response within a couple of days. Our visit was truly delightful. The mill was clearly signposted and the directions to the shop also clear. Juan welcomed us with a warm...

Our family attended an olive oil tasting at Molino el Vinculo while on a small group tour of the white villages of Andalucia. We were shown around the property and the owner explained the entire olive oil production process to our group. Then we were given a tasting which included their organic olive oil, bread and local wine. This was...

This has been in the family for centuries and the pride in the latest generation of owners is evident in everything we saw, heard, and, especially, tasted. The most delicious olive oil we've ever had, we ordered a case to be shipped from Cadiz to Chicago. Juan is a gracious and informative host. Highly recommended. And for those of you...

My Girlfriend and I booked a month beforehand a stay at "Molino el Vinculo" in Zahara de la Sierra. We are originally from Cadiz capital so the trip took me an hour and a half to get to this place. At our arrival, we spoke to the staff, telling us the reservation was never made, and the cottage house was...

You can see the factory and if you come in proper harvesting time the whole proccess. Juan, the owner is very friendly and has a lot of informations. Having the mill in family since last century, he can offer extensive information for this one of the last 5 factories in Spain making olive oil in the traditional way. The oil...

Beautiful view and house. However slightly thrown by the photo's on-line suggesting there were nice patio areas and swimming pool. The pool belongs to the family so you have to go the their house to use it.....if it is open which in our case it was not. Patio we had to unfold and dust off all furniture, granted we were...

Very nice and romantic house next to Molino el Vinculo, small kitchen, chimney in the livingroom, nice view, 500 m to the village of Zahara de la Sierra. The family is very friendly, the visit of Molino was perfect (you learn much about the production of olive oil) and the olive oil is one of the best what we tried.

Ok - I am still holding out hope that they figure out a cost effective way to send this oil to the U.S. This olive oil is amazing - you just have to try it. Juan will give you a short tour of how they create this artisan olive oil - they are one of only five artisan olive oil...

I went with my family in December, unfortunately arriving the week after they'd finished processing for the season, but we were still able to see all the equipment and learn about the process. Juan was very friendly and engaging although upon learning I spoke Spanish, he mostly gave the tour in Spanish to me and I translated for my family....

Juan was gracious and courteous! The food and wine was delicious! We were honored and lucky to have his mother's potato and egg speciality! Thankfully, our purchases got thru customs peacefully! I hope to come back and purchase more olive oil!!
