Have to say it has to be the worst place i have stayed in as the service is worst i have seen in the 21st century! I booked a one night stay with a late check out and then got it denied when i got to the apartment due to the apartment being full even though it was confirmed over the phone! Also as i have a 8 month child also paid for a cot and ive been all day waiting for the cot to be placed in my room! What a waste of money! I advise go spend your money on another apartment and not this one!

Let's call it as it is. This place is not in Marbella. You must have a car as it's in a very quiet suburb. The client base is predominantly Spanish (nothing wrong with that) but they tend to be noisy. It's not near the beach, again you need a car. It's not near shops, you need a car. Taxi fare from airport is €80 one way. They charge for parking underground and the local police ticket cars parked outside on Calle Chopo. There are better located places and it's not even mildly exclusive.

This was a holiday last year June 2017. The accommodation was adequate, however the pool area was lovely and the staff member Genevieve was so personable and helpful. I was there for my cousin's hen do and we all had a wonderful time.

I had booked a long stay apt and left a deposit of 300 euros. they told me last minute they rented out the apt to a real estate agency and have not refunded my 300 euros deposit. nobody to talk to, my calls never answered. just the maintenance guy who says the couch of the temporary apt i was staying in was dirty although i had cleaned everything. i am furious and going to denounce them to the police, because in spain consumers rights are protected. waist of time, energy and money. very bad place do not let any deposit you will never see your money back.

My friend and I stayed there for four night. It's a bit far from the center so we had to use taxi and uber. We didn't expect our suite to be that big and beautiful. From my room and balcony I could admire the sun rise. I highly recommend you to buy some groceries before you head to the hotel so that you can cook in the well equiped kitchen of your suite. The staff was nice, special thanks to staff member Jamil for his kindness and recommendations.
