I have really enjoyed my stay of three nights at the Seashells Resort Suncrest. The accommodation is really good and comfortable with facilities in the rooms, especially those with a sea view like the one I had. I appreciated very much the staff who did everything to make you feel good, the animation team were fantastic, without mentioning the food...

We thank you for a great review and are glad that you could compare the hotel with your previous stays - glad you noticed the difference. One other important thing you could notice was the extras we have since the refurbishment such as tea/coffee making facilities, safe and wifi. We are very sure our staff are very happy with your...

Fantastic hotel - excellent re-furbishment. Lovely selection at breakfast, probably best cooked breakfast I have had abroad on holiday. A few less Mediterranean style vegetables and fish would have been appreciated at dinner. Entertainment could be improved, animation team were very hard working and were very good especially Stephanie. But there is only so much dancing that you can take....

We visited Seashells a couple of weeks after a new refurb. The rooms were clean and modern. The sea view was fantastic. We did need to collect the TV remote from reception which was rather odd but no real problem. Breakfast was a decent standard with plenty of choice. There were a few problems with the lifts but I think...

We thank you for a good recommendation and are glad that you have enjoyed your stay. The reason guests leave a deposit at front office for the remote control is because we are already missing a good number of remote controls since the opening. The deposit is returned once the remote control is returned - we are glad you could...

We thank you for a great review and consequently we are happy that your stay was a successful one. Buying the pool next door was not the cheapest thing we bought this last refurbishment, but our adult guests clearly appreciate it. We hope to host you soon again in our hotel and send sunny regards from Malta.

Thanks for giving such a good reference to our hotel as well as island. Malta has indeed to much to offer to the individual and family traveller. Taking a car is the best way to discover an island as this does give you the facility to delve into places which one does not reach by bus - good for you....

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned daily with fresh towels if required. The dinning room is very spacious with a large variety of hot and cold food. For the most part this hotel was excellent. The refurbished rooms were lovely. There were no hidden charges in our stay as we were provided with a safe deposit box, remote for TV and sunbeds were also free. We thank you for your review and of course for your very positive attitude. As you are aware the hotel has been refurbished and so were all elevators - you may imagine the exuberant expense to buy 6 brand new elevators. the Euro 50,- is a deposit per room - in case of breakages, extras etc. This is requested when...

Have literally just returned from a weeks break at Seashells. On Tuesday evening our 4 year old son attended the evening kids club which is located on a ship in the pool area. We thank you for reviewing our hotel and for mentioning this incident. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Seashells Resort at Suncrest has been a leading 4 star hotel on the Maltese Islands since its very first days and has kept its tradition of hospitality within the AX group throughout the years. We decided that it was time to give the Qawra hotel a face-lift so during the winter months the hotel underwent an extensive renovation programme. Its doors will re-open again on the 1st of April 2015. The new face of the Seashells Resort at Suncrest, your number one resort for individual, corporate and family travel. The property is conveniently located on the Salina to St Paul's Bay Promenade, merely a few minutes' walk away from the National Aquarium. You can make use of the very handy bus stop that is situated just opposite the hotel entrance. Take a left outside the hotel and you will immediately start walking towards all the hustle and bustle of Bugibba and Qawra, the main tourist hub on the island. Take a right and you'll be heading out on to the coast road for a 20 minute drive to St Julian's to enjoy the most popular night life spot in Malta. The hotel is located on the seafront for fantastic views of the Mediterranean and the best sunrise anyone could hope to wake up to. ... more   less
