We stayed for a week in September. The apartment was spacious with a rustic charm and adequately equipped. Beautiful views of vineyard from bedroom window. The kitchen does not have an oven/grill or any other gadgets like kettle, toaster. Lots of storage space around the apartment. There was a fan in the bedroom for which there is an extra charge.... My husband and two teen daughters spent 4 days in Davinci apartment at Santa Maria and loved every minute. Our 3 bedroom apartment was clean and the kitchen was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor terrace most of the time, and Laura was very helpful with recommendations on things to do. She made us reservations at some... More

We stayed as a family of 5 at the Residence Santa Maria for a week in August in the Michelangelo apartment . We were disappointed on entering the property. It was late and we had not been left controls for the fans in the bedrooms. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night for us. The next morning when we went... More

We stayed at Santa Maria for 9 nights, what a beautiful introduction to Tuscany. We were met on arrival by Laura, who explained the area, and showed us around our apartment. This is a great location for touring Tuscany. The scenery of the surrounding town is spectacular. Santa Maria's pool is lovely and an oasis of relaxation. We had a... More

My wife and me spend a week in the Santa Maria apartments. Anyone who read my other reviews can say that we are not so picky or overly “sensitive” on any different issues, but here we need to point out few things which were bothering us. I am not going to repeat some of the points which some reviewers already... More

We had a couple of nights stay at the lovely and relaxed accommodation, which is wonderfully rural yet close to local town and a good location for local touring. The pool was a godsend too. Milo was really helpful and while the owner didn't speak English he was super friendly. Only downside was the need to pay extra to use... More

We stayed in residence for one week. The accommodation was not super modern but very comfortable and well equiped. The staff (Milo) was extremely kind and gave us many useful recommendations and references what to/not to see. We loved the location as all amazing places were close (easy to access highway/state road to Firenze/Pisa/coast). The pool was very clean. No... More

We stayed in Tuscany for 7 nights in July - in Residence Santa Maria. Residence consists of 2 typical tuscan styled stone houses in a perfectly kept garden with a pretty big pool. The premises is run by Laura and Stefania and by their father who are the owners as well. The villas and appartments are clean - furnished with... More

Travelled in September 2013 family of four. This beautiful property is immaculately maintained, the tuscan villas are clean, spacious and well appointed. It is located in a quiet town and a good base to travel to surrounding areas. From here we visited San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. It was just like home, we didn't want to leave. There is...
