Excellent Service, friendly people at reception. Extremely clean room. Fantastic Breakfast with home made marmalade and goodies and the best cappucino coffee. Cosy and Quiet with a nice Toscan style

We just returned from ten wonderful days in Tuscany and our stay was made most enjoyable by the staff and facilities at Una Palazzo Mannaioni. Everyone, beginning with Michele at the front desk was so friendly and very helpful. Booking directly with the hotel was a snap. Michele and the other booking agents speak very good english. Each day we... More

Dear readers, We stayed at this hotel for a few days in August amongst the stunning Toskana hills and fabulous weather. That said we had a hiccup on arrival because the hotel was overbooked but we were escorted to another (excellant) nearby property for that night. Palazzo Mannaioni was everything the guides, brochures and other visitors had said. Excellant facilities;... More

A truly wonderful experience! We initially booked through Expedia, then decided to add an extra night with the hotel directly - this couldn't have been easier! A beautiful hotel in the heart of "real" Tuscany - Montaione is a working town where the locals all seem to know each other and are so friendly; a little street-market popped up on... More

In every aspect we had an outstanding hotel experience. The service was efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean, attractive, comfortable, and nicely priced. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Everything you need to start the day; juice, coffee, eggs, danish, cereals etc. The town is a charming hilltop town with easy access to numerous cities you'll want to visit. There... More

Our party stayed in two standard rooms at Una Palazzo Mannaioni for 11 nights; using it as a base for touring in Tuscany. Locating the hotel on arrival was very straightforward. We were greeted by a friendly reception and an excellent subterranean carpark, with ample spaces. The rooms were attractively furnished with comfortable beds and good quality bed linen. Both... Loved the town of Montaione, it is in a truly lovely setting. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and is very clean. There is only a small staff and the service was patchy to say the least.
