My husband and I stayed at Lupaia this past week and fell in love at first sight. We booked our stay well over a year in advance and knew at the time of booking that this place would be very special. I am happy to say that Lupaia exceeded our expectations. We felt as though we were in a Tuscany...

My husband and I recently traveled to the Tuscany area and stayed at this wonderful B&B. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the owner. While our bags were being delivered from our vehicle straight to our room we were offered beverages while we sat outside overlooking the town of Montepulciano. The room was very nice with a stocked with...

Aug 30th and 31st of this year we found heaven. We were 12 guests visiting Torrita di Siena and found this magical place called Lupia. The grounds were breathtaking along with the main house that was so beautifully decorated with the warmth of a Tuscan cottage. All the room were just beautiful and done in very good taste. The owners...

My sister and I did a tremendous amount of research for our 3-week trip to Tuscany. I probably started about a year in advance. Early on, we booked a well-reviewed, self-catering property near Montepulciano. Two months later, in a conversation about Italy with my sister, a physician asked if she came upon Lupaia in her research. My sister mentioned the...

Very friendly staff, very good food, great views of Montepulciano, Montefollonico and the rolling Tuscan hills. If you want to escape and relax in the beautiful Tuscan countryside go to Lupaia. Suits couples , honeymooners etc. Not really suited for children.

I've stayed at a lot of different places, large and small... but Lupaia will always have a special place in my heart. The intimacy, the attention to detail, and the overwhelming authenticity but comfort was welcomed. The staff was so accomodating and although they are not Italian, I almost preferred having it that way... as they understand the varying needs...

We would like to have more days to stay. We eat in the restaurant every day, the chef is really good, food by steps. Great attention by...

Had a short break at Lupaia back in May. The reception was great from even before we arrived. We had phoned ahead to confirm directions and when we had not arrived by the expected time they called to check we were okay. The room was beautiful and loved the luxurious farmhouse feel. The views from our room and around the property...

Lupaia is nice but this is one of those occasions where 5 circles does not mean a 5 star property. I agree with previous posters that the website makes it look nicer than it really is. We were only there for a short stay so it was fine for us. I have to say that the dirt road to get...

Dear Squeaky781, Thank you for taking to time to write this review on Tripadvisor. I do appreciate your open comments. Please allow me to mention that Lupaia is an agriturismo, and the whole team works hard to provide a service at the highest possible level. However, we are not a 5-star property, nor do we claim to be one (and...
