We stayed at Saltara for three days in a 'piccola suite'. Our accommodation, close to the main house, was lovely. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had a comfy king sized bed, a large settee (extra bed), a fridge stocked with soft drinks and water, free wifi and a lovely, private outdoor seating area. Breakfasts were a feast...

We were lucky enough to stay at Agriturismo Saltara for 9 nights. There are a long list of pros, with just a couple of areas of improvement. PROS: 1) The people. Between the owners and all of the staff, the people couldn't have been friendlier, and just wanted to make sure you were enjoying your stay and everything was OK....

This place has everything one can want in a vacation stay. The bungalows are large and private. The bed is comfortable. The food is fantastic. The restaurant they operate has great service and great food. Great Wifi. The location is also very convenient to the beaches, a short drive. This is the first stop we made in Sardinia and it...

We booked Agrigtourism Saltara 3 months ago. Had emails from them on owners return from Sri Lanka welcoming us and confirming everything. @ days ago, without any explanation or advice they advised they would not honour our booking, leaving us to find alternative location on the move with limited access to Internet/mobile etc. A shoddy operator, misleading and couldn't careless...

We showed up here upon a Lonely Planet recommendation and the (somewhat confusing) directions of three gentlemen sitting on a doorstep playing cards. What a treat! We had to gather our strength as we had rather stupidly eaten an ice cream earlier in Santa Teresa di Gallura. However it was worth the effort - the food is absolutely delicious, the...

We had the most wonderful start to our holiday here. This is a gorgeous, friendly agriturismo a short drive away from a range of beautiful beaches but far enough away from the tacky diamonds and yachts in Porto Cervo. The room was basic - hence four stars rather than five - but it had lots of character, like a little...

We spent 2 weeks this Agriturismo and the accomodations were perfect. Our family of four had a larger cottage with two single beds downstairs and a "queen" bed upstairs. We had a small kitchen/refrigerator which wwere great for preparing evening meals on our outdoor patio. The room was spotless and cleaned daily by a dedicated housekeeping staff. We had ample...

We stayed here for 3 nights at then end of our tour of Sardinia. Although it is remote, it is a good spot to see the costa smerelda and visit the islands which we did by ferry. The accommodation was first class, a nice little bungalow with our own terrace and sunbeds. The beds were specious and comfortable. The pool...

love love love this place. You do not order individual items but rather you order by the number of courses, more or less. Go here hungry! As another reviewer stated, everything is exceptional. Your are served several courses which are more or less tapas-style (that is, several small to medium sized dishes). It is all outstanding. Even the bread is...

This place is exceptional in every way. Natalia and Mario are extremely gracious hosts that go out of their way to make your stay wonderful and memorable. You also must try the dinner- wow! Several appetizers, cheese/meats, homemade pasta. Porcceta and dessert... My only advice is to pace yourself :) The breakfast as well was exceptional. We stayed in a...
