We booked to stay 10 months in advance but cancelled within a few days of the booking as we decided to stay at another part of the island to suit our travel arrangements. We were able to cancel without charge but were then asked for our bank account details even though the deposit (which we disputed was payable) was taken from the credit card , details of which were given at the time of booking. In all our years of travelling we have never been asked for bank account details to be provided in this way and for this purpose. It was appropriate and normal for the repayment to be made to the credit card but this establishment said it was not possible and refused to do this, insisting that bank account details be provided. What kind of establishment does this? There was nothing on the booking conditions that made it clear that repayment of the deposit would be done in this way. After many phone calls and emails, the booking company repaid the amount to us and said it would recover the money from th establishment. So beware of this odd and inappropriate financial policy of this establishment. Glad we're not staying there!

We spent a week here with our closest family and friends in relation to our wedding. It was so peaceful and romantic with beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. The pool area was clean and cozy, and we could buy beverages at the poolbar at any time. The kids loved the pool and the animals walking around. The rooms were spacious and clean, and had just been renovated with a modern decor. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Only 10 minutes drive to Olbia airport and very close to beutiful beaches and small towns. It was the perfect venue for a small wedding with a wide range of tasty dishes. We will definately come back to Borgo! The breakfast selection could be improved and as a tourist in Italy we were missing the possibility to order a good pizza (currently no pizza oven). But overall - a great stay at the Borgo di Campagna!

We stayed as a family of 5 last July and I couldnt say enough good things about it! We just loved the atmosphere; friendly, relaxed and welcoming. When we arrived we had a slight issue with the room so we asked if we could all be together in the same area. Not a problem. Maximillian helped us out straight away and we were able to all be together. The food was AMAZING!! Our kids loved the pool area and could even get up early Nd have their own breakfast. It really was home from home and I hope we can go back this year.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in July. We stayed in room 1 which was one of the better rooms regarding a view. We were on the whole happy with our holiday, food was okay, staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only negativecwould have to be a lack of comfortable outside seating. The sunbeds were old and need replacing plus there was not enough to accommodate all the guests. Our room was ok but had a very noisy old fridge.Rooms could do with an upgrade too. However we didnt let this spoil our time there but probably wouldn't return.

Very plain and natural. The staff is great, they provide good service, and its a friendly environment. Very minimalistic but natural setup. And the place is perfect for couples looking for something romantic which include peaceful nights and even for large groups that enjoy each others company away from everything. But it can use an upgrade on some areas like beds, wifi, showers, etc. Moonrose FAMILY
