I booked a night at this hotel trough weekendesk. Having completed my reservation I called the hotel to make sure they received it and Mr. Giuseppe confirmed it. On August 15th I reachedhotel the hotel and no reservation was found. Mr. Giuseppe booked the room to someone else and pretended we have never had a phone conversation to confirm my reservation, blaming the platform for his mistakes. He did not refund us for the room and did not even try to help us to find a new accomodation or any other possible solution. In this hotel you won't find any kindness nor capability of running this business. Do not ruin your holidays choose a better accomodation to stay in the beautiful city of Castelsardo.

The hotel is perfectly situated by the sea. Parking nearby. The interior of the hotel is outdated, so are the rooms. No extra comfort. We had a small room with small bathroom without view or balcony. So certainly not worth 4 stars in comparison with other 4 star hotels. Breakfast was good, but again not excellent. We had to take the car for dinner. The most positive thing about this hotel were the staff, super friendly and helpful. It was not for them. We will not return here soon.

We booked this hotel on a special deal for a 1 week break at the beginning of July. Our room was a standard room, it was spacious and clean, although the furnishing is propably a little bit on the basic side for a 4* rating. Although we didn’t have the full sea view, we had use of a large terrace, providing actually welcome shade from the heat in the afternoon / evening. On the downside the terrace was shared with the room next door to ours, so you will have to keep the large french doors either shut or draw the curtains if you don’t want to be seen. We were lucky in that the next door room was only occupied for 3 days during our week, so it didn’t affect us too greatly. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace offered a good choice and a great panoramic view. The hotel is conveniently located for all local restaurants, beach and historical sites. It’s well worth exploring some lovely beaches a little further away if you have a car, but be aware that parking close to the hiotel can be a bit of an issue. All In all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The friendlyness of the local people we met more than made up for the minor issues mentioned

I would rather say it was more like 3 star hotel. The rooms were spacious, but not very modern. Breakfast was average again or even less..I would expect either more choice, or better quality of food. It was never ready for the opening time, so we used to take few things and come back in the next few minutes for some extras. The only thing that we actually liked was the staff - all of them vere very friendly and even spoke English :)

Spent a week here June 2018.We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea.The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom however was a shambles. The W.C. was in a corner and WAY too close to the shower,a terrible use of space.Breakfast was average and as the coffee machine was broken, plastic jugs were provided for water/milk.Unfortunately the boiling water had a light brown colour, the result of something not being cleaned properly. The great thing this hotel offers though,is the desk staff,Daniele and Giuseppe were fantastic throughout.Thank you gentlemen.
