We arrived at this campsite through an online booking. The first sight gives a dated impression. The booked house initially looked awful, but in the end it was pretty ok. The beds were great and the location okay. The beach is spacious. There is even an open air cinema. During our visit it was quiet and pleasant.

My experience of this Camping site started with a bitter exchange of emails with a very unprofessional and rude manager Alberto. After booking and being immediately charged for the mobile home, I have noticed that from other reviews on trip-advisor, some of the accommodation offered was dated and extremely dirty. As I tried to ensure that my mobile home was the same one in the picture I have seen upon booking, I was told that this could not be guaranteed. When I asked for a refund, this was also denied. A part from the terrible service, the lack of professionalism, and customer care, the camping could be easily improved by better management. As soon as we arrived on the pretty beach we were disturbed by a blast of ridiculously loud volume music. The sound is projected towards the beach and even if it is distorted, it is loud enough to be annoying. Local dj /entertainers speak loudly from morning to midnight and play the worse music ever. When asked to reduce the volume, customers are told that the entertainment cannot be disrupted! When several customers pointed out that entertainment is supposed to be pleasurable rather than endured, management refused to listen and became aggressive and unprofessional once again. The mobile home had many faults and everything was promptly repaired. Due to lack of proper shade it gets incredibly hot during the day and the air conditioning does not work. Wi-fi was not existent during my stay. The market was very overpriced and understocked. The bar was total chaos with customers complaining that they were kept waiting while two people were attempting to serve 50. We were not able to get any coffee as apparently nobody was washing up and they ran out of cups! With the high rates of unemployment in Sardinia it seems tragic comic not to have enough people working behind the bar at breakfast time! We would have missed our transport, had it not been late, because the receptionist refused to let the driver take us there on time, despite having called all 3 taxi drivers who were unavailable. She told me that had she called the manager, I would not even have a lift! This is the level of attention to customer satisfaction you will experience. If you like to be treated like your have to endure loud music, screaming children until early morning and rude service, book now!…

We have been there in June 2019. It was clean, the showers had hot water. The stuff was very nice and smiling all the time! There is amazing view and very beautiful beach! We stay there for one night.

Lovely little beach hut for a family of 4, little veranda where we ate every day. Basic kitchen facilities (which were fine for us), delicious pizza at the restaurant on site, little supermarket for every-day necessities. Beautiful beach and water, Kids' Club, very relaxing and stress-free in a beautiful country unspoilt by tourism. Excellent customer service from Alberto the manager who went out of his way to ensure we had a great holiday.

I've been there at the beginning of september. The location is great! The camping is very big and well-organised. But I can't tell the same for the service. Wi-fi is limited (2 hours/day), with connection problem. There is a market inside but open only in the morning except sunday. You can find good pizza in the restaurant but don't even try the seafood! Not fresh. Cooked before. It's a shame to serve it in an island. Don't miss the oportunity to take a bout tour and visit the best part of sardegna; Cala Mariolu, Cala Briola, Cala Gabbiani. It was the best part of my travel!
