Stayed in this hotel in November 2012 while on a long weekend stay in Boston. It was outstanding from the minute we entered the front door. The staff were so helpful 24/7 and very friendly. Our room was very clean & comfortable, as were all areas of the hotel. We now call it the 'dog hotel' because dog owners are...

Kimpton hotels always impress me. This hotel is as great as the other kimpton hotels. They helped us get reservations for a duck tour, they had knacks which we took out . They are always friendly to our dog. If you are in Cambridge this is the place to go.

Have stayed here half a dozen times as well as other places in Boston. It lacks in location so I debated the five stars but it is otherwise so great I just had to. Park in the mall or valet. Wonderful, friendly, always perfect staff. Delicious beds, cute bathrobes, first rate shower, amazing toiletries, the best minibar anywhere. I can...

and it is still a very nice, friendly, quiet and reasonably well located Hotel. The rooms appear to have been refreshed and I was price was surprisingly good. Traveling for business I am often forced to stay in chains, mainly Hilton, and while they're not bad, Kimpton is almost always better.

Excellent staff and customer service, newly renovated, upscale, solid restaurant and bar, good location, kayaks, bikes, and a goldfish pet for my son to take care of "James" named after James Taylor, you know, you've got a friend. Did I mention family friendly? Love this place.

I stayed at the Marlowe based upon previous experiences with Kimpton hotels. I love the way the staff makes you feel at home while at the same time provides a luxury atmosphere without being snobby. The Marlowe is about a 10 minute walk to the T stop and cabs are easy to get. It is right next to a small...

I stayed at the Marlowe for 7 days. Despite trying my best to stay positive, I just can't help but leave with a rather average experience. In the spirit of staying positive, let me start with the good things. The hotel staff are friendly. The services are in line with what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. And...

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. A special thanks to the front desk staff and the concierge, Meghan, who brought a surprise champagne for my wife's birthday!! One note of advice: If you are reserving a room with a view, I would recommend that you ask a room higher than 4th floor. There were large flags right...
