Good: the area is very calm, away from urban construction, the breakfast is rather good, there's a big private car park, the owner (?) is very gentle and kind, the views are nice, the balcony was very big, the bathroom was big and with a window, there are some soaps and a dental kit provided. Bad: During Salone del Mobile I paid 216€ per night (!!) for the following- no furniture on the balcony, no view seperators on the balcony between you and your neighbours, the shower cabin is very small, the shower cap doesn't stay put, the heat of the water is inconsistent, the small television only shows italian channels, there is no fridge, nor a safe, nor a kettle, there are only some plastic chairs to sit on, three clothes hangers in total, floor tiles that are loose, big structural cracks in the walls, one (hard) pillow on the single bed, the bedsheets are basic (2 sheets + an old blanket), the mattress very hard, there is no body-sized mirror, no decoration, the accoustic insulation is inexistent (I heard 3 different alarm clocks and followed and entire conversation through the walls) and last but not least - as the bathroom is huge, it takes a lot of space in the room, thus "hiding" the window and creating a lot of shadow: the room ends up being quite dark. There is also no garden or lovely outdoor area to sit, even though the hotel is located in between the fields. I wouldn't write this review if I had paid 60€ per night, but 216€ is a complete rip-off.

Rho is a town near Milano, the town of exhibition. This hotel is very confortable. A lot of workers 'live' here during the week. A lot of tourist, this weekend, will be here for the Formula one grand prix od Monza. Staff gentle, enough parking.

Stayed one night on a transit to the Christo exhibit at Lake Iseo. Welcomed by the owner, very friendly and efficient. Room on the 3rd floor. Spacious and clean, All amenities you need. WLAN signal excellent (and free of charge). Parking free (and covered as well as secured) available. Breakfast: above average for Italy - good choice and quality. Again, very clean and well managed. Had a drink at the bar upon arrival. Nice local wines and again at a very competitive price. The only downside: if you have loud neighbours, the building structure will not isolte the noise well. Check-out: once more a great experience. Correct, fast and friendly. Will certainly go back on the next occasion of travelling through Milan.

Pros: Mr. Mauro, the day manager and the serving staff. Very far from everything, even not convenient to the fair. You have to pay a €20 each way, and when it's rush hour taxi drivers refuse to drive you to the hotel. You can't open the windows, the minute you do, you will have a an army of Mosquitos attack. The room has a relatively new furniture, but the bed is very uncomfortable. The bathroom is clean, but the shower box is tiny. The room is Very basic, not even a kettle or a mini bar. Breakfast, is very limited and poor. Two pellows only for double bed. I do not understand why the hotel is rated as a 4 stars hotel, it can not be possible! I booked it according to the reviews and the stars rating I read on travel Expedia. Never again! The only highlight in the hotel stay was mr. Mauro, the day manager he made the staying more tolerable and the cleaning girls were lovely too.

I was there with more than 100 colleagues for a business meeting. The location is close to the motorway and the underground with a big parking. The bedrooms were confortable with different choice of food for lunch and breakfast, kind waiters, good coffee. In particular, there were several meeting rooms with excellent sound system.

As detailed in some other reviews, this hotel is in a bit of a remote location. If you're attending a show at the Fiera Milano exhibition centre (we were there for the bike show) then it's pretty handy. Going to the show, there was a tame taxi driver sitting in the lobby ready to shuttle us the 10 minutes to the exhibition centre for 15 Euros. From the centre of Milan, a taxi cost us 40 Euros and I ended up having to reassure the driver that there was actually a hotel down this country lane and we weren't taking him down there to mug him! Luckily, I had checked the route on Google Streetview so I knew where it was. We had three single rooms on the top floor - although the sleeping space is quite small, the bathroom is, if anything, larger and the space is about doubled when you take into account the covered balcony that each top floor room has. The view shown in the publicity shots shows trees and green fields but it's cleverly shot to hide the nearby works yard and the exhibition centre/industrial buildings in the distance. Still nice to see a bit of green from your window though. The rooms were clean, stylish and modern, looking almost brand new, with a good shower and bidet. Two of our party mentioned that the walls were quite thin and so you could hear what was happening next door (probably me snoring!). Sky TV is in the room but I didn't try this. When we arrived in the evening, the owner was very welcoming and we enjoyed a couple of beers from the (small) bar outside in a garden seating area. Breakfast (included) offered a comprehensive selection of choices, including, cereal, bread, cold meats, etc. and the service was generally excellent - friendly and helpful. The hotel works hard to make up for its remote location although it's not an ideal base for exploring Milan without a car. However, we'd travelled specifically to visit an exhibition at the centre and so were very happy with this pleasant bargain of a hotel.

Stayed there two times. The design of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very big and well furnished. The personnel very helpful. Both the times i went there in order to save money because the hotel is far enough from Milano center and if there is no exhibition going on, the price is very low for what you get. I don't know the prices for "high exhibition season". The only negative point is that if you are going there for Milano, you definitely need transportation. The last time i stayed, the breakfast buffet was poor since they didn't reload what was finished but still this can't ruin my opinion for the hotel. I will definitely go again!

I stayed at the Fiera Milano during a recent trade fair and found it to be a good hotel but in an unusual position. Despite being within sight of the trade fair, it is quite difficult to actually reach the show. The nearest metro stop coming back from the Fiera leaves you a good 15 minute walk away and, although the hotel does provide a shuttle bus, it's not always convenient. However, the rooms are comfortable and large with king sized beds and well appointed bathrooms. Everything is spotlessly clean and seems to be brand new. The wifi is a little inconsistent (in common with most chain hotels these days!) and keeps failing just when you are downloading something. We ate at the buffet table 3 nights in a row and it was good - well priced and easy to navigate. Plenty of choice and constantly re-filled with fresh food. Likewise the breakfast was plentiful with waiters circulating to bring you fresh juices and cappuccino. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay if a little out of the way.

Good hotel rooms that seem newer than the 3 years the manager claimed. They even have sky tv in the rooms - which is just as well because if you don't have a car you will be stuck - the hotel is located in the middle of a field, miles from anywhere - certainly no trains, trams, underground or passing taxis! Costs 90 euros from malpensa by taxi - so don't arrive late in the evening and make sure your taxi driver has sat nav! 40 euros each way to get into the centre of milan - and you might want to consider booking the return trip with the taxi driver who takes you because not all drivers are keen to go out to Rho late at night - it's so far out of town! My biggest issue is the lack of restaurant and bar. I'm sorry, but a 4 star hotel needs more than just two bar stools in the corner of the lobby. The manager works hard to compensate, providing a shuttle to the fair ground in the morning and shuttling people to his friends restaurant in the evening, but if you believe exhibitions are as much about the networking you do after 6.00pm then you would be better served getting a place in central Milan and taking Line 1 to the exhibition each day!
