The hostel is a haven for hill walkers, and beginners will love the gentle walks on all or any of Kilcar's many beaches, country roads and nearby hills. Teelin Bay and beach are within 5 minute walk from the hostel.

We had a great time. The place is very quaint and Shaun is an amazing host. The kitchen and shower facilities are excellent. He even provides fresh eggs from the farm every morning free of charge. Would highly recommend this place for a visit.
