From what I remember, yes! Definitely on the towels. You may want to bring your own wash cloth, however. I don't recall washcloths anywhere that we stayed.

The ONLY place we found that would wash our laundry was a horse farm in Hella. And it was EXPENSIVE. (after an unexpected dip in the ocean, fully clothed, it was required. Ahem.)
