Crete itself is stunning, great food, friendly bars and really relaxing, views are superb as well! Only bad thing was the hotel, rooms are nice and plenty of space but the owner didnt make us welcome at all, if your not spending money in his bar then prepare to be shunned, when we did buy up there it was awful,... Booked last minute through Olympic holidays via a Thomson holiday outlet. If you are reading this you are thinking of booking this hotel. When you read some of the early reviews you immediately think crikey this does not sound good, however these negative reviews date back some years so concentrate on the recent reviews. Now for our experience, 2 star... More

Really enjoyed our stay here. The owner Yanni is friendly and helpful and the apartments themselves are clean and tidy. A bargain for what we paid! The pool is good, it's on the roof so gets plenty of sun and Yanni is incredibly vigilant at keeping it clean, he's continually walking around it checking it for even the slightest imperfection... We stayed here in late may, we had a very comfortable room, yiannis the owner is a great bloke, Carol the mad welsh woman always has a smile on her face and makes a belting breakfast. The pool is kept spotless. If you are after somewhere away from the noisey towns this is the place for you. The wi-fi is... More

The apartments are basic, but are all you need. They are cleaned regularly and are well equipped. We cooked in our little kitchen and ate on our shaded balcony. Yiannis is a lovely host and Carol is very helpful. Beware of the barbecue! We all ended up in the pool and so did my iPhone! Sissi is great. It's quieter... More

We stayed in room 7 downstairs. It is basic but clean and perfectly fine for us and we thought the apartments are very good value for money. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, there is a wardrobe and drawers, a small dining table for 4 and a sofa. We didn't self cater apart from breakfast and I think you... More
