This was our second visit to this chalet, and we came back for a number of reasons, but largely because they have the best meals we have eaten in a ski chalet. We were not let down, once again Caz's cooking was fabulous from start to finish,we enjoyed every bit of every meal. Caz and Dave are excellent hosts, the...

Dave and Caz gave a very warm welcome for what was for many of our predominantly french group the first time in Chalet style accomodation. The meals were fantastic, the rooms were very comfortable, and the chalet modern and very well looked after. Despite there not being a great deal of snow, conditions were great and the skiing fantastic.

Seven friends and I have just spent the best week ever at Chalet Seventy3 with Dave and Caz. I cannot recommend them as hosts enough, they really took care of every little detail throughout the week. All the reviews about the food at this chalet are not overrated, Caz is a fabulous chef and we loved every single meal. Dave...

14 of us stayed at Chalet Seventy3 during the half term break. Dave and Caz are perfect hosts, the chalet is comfortable and clean, with enough space for us to lounge around and feel at home. Caz's cooking is out of this world, serving 3 perfect courses everyday for dinner, with breakfast in the morning and homemade cake in the...

I have been to the chalet 3 times so far and am off out there for my fourth in less than a week. My first trip was back in 2010 and since then whenever I have wanted to ride in the Alps I have always used Chalet Melezes as a base even when riding in other resorts. There are several...

What a fabulous way to spend a week in the paradiski area, transfers and lift passes were sorted no problem, the chalet was warm, very comfortable and managed to an excellent standard by the hosts Dave and Caz. The food was amazing, the continental style French mountain fare breakfast was great and always included something warm rustled up by the...
