so I have been to Anchorage 3 times prior.
Hilton downtown 2x and both times had maintenance issues.
Marriott is was just ok.
so this time tried Sheraton. just pull in. no annoying valet parking. just leave car at front door while I check in......More

The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The location is downtown so you can walk to many sites. The staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. The lobby spacious as well. Beds were very comfortable.
The hotel is OK. A little worn around the edges. Rooms were small. Woke up Saturday morning NOV 11 to find no running water in the room. Can’t bathe; can’t go potty. Not much sympathy from the front desk. Just, “We’re working on it.” Thought...More

I would refer you to your first reply, you were disappointed about my review and that you would be in touch directly nothing wrong but you have not seemed to have made a direct contact with me to resolve what I considered to be a fraudulent charge for a service we did not receive. It could have been resolved with a mail to say "Your booking has Changed" but nothing like that happened and the communication between us has not improved maybe you could send to my email address what you were going to say directly unless it was what you have written above????
