I stayed here and let me tell you, this is the worst of the worst. I grew up in Anchorage and my friends and I decided to stay here because it was cheap and we wanted a night out on the town. I don't know why we decided on this place; we knew the area is less than desirable but...

The only reason we stayed here was because we needed a place to sleep for 4 hours between flights and shower and didn't want to sleep in the car. Honestly this place should be bulldozed. The stench was horrendous in the hallway and worse in the room. The carpet was stained all over and had food including popcorn kernels all...

In short: This place should be condemned and shut down!! The ONLY reason that I stayed here was because I was put up here by a company that I work for. The desk person was the most unfriendly, unhelpful person who works for a business! And the room: There were several locks on the door, 3 of which no longer...

If you are wise enough to be reading these reviews, be wise enough to heed what they are saying. Sounds like this place hasn't improved any all these years of bad reviews. Stayed there in Aug.'14. Paid for two nights but stayed one due to the filth and roaches. If it hadn't been near midnight we wouldn't have stayed at...

Hotel rooms in Anchorage are WAYYYY overpriced, so my buddy & I booked a room here to save some cash after a trip up to Denali. Well, you get what you pay for. The room was dirty, and there was a bottle of booze left in the room. Empty, too, dammit! However, they do have a fridge, microwave, & lots...

Please please understand this is not a place worth renting. I have a family of 6 and when we went to get our food from the store and came back to the room and sat down and ate, a ton of cockroaches came from everywhere! We had to constantly keep an eye of my kids cups to make sure no...

After a long (5,000+ miles), difficult move to Alaska we checked in at the monthly rate while doing job interviews and trying to find a more permanent place to live. We were both students and the move literally drained us to our last dime otherwise we would have never stayed here. It's every bit as dirty as the other reviews...

...because this place deserves a negative rating. My wife and I, tried to cut corners on costs ($55 a night seems cheap but I've stayed in serviceable places for that price before) This was the worst place I've ever stayed in my life and I traveled the world 3 times over in the military for 20 years.. Where do I...

never again. Hoping to keep cost at a minimum, we ended our two week driving trip in northern central Alaska in Anchorage at this hotel. Although the hotel is obviously run down and hard used, the $85 discounted price didn't seem all that cheap. Ground level room, #122, had a broken window latch and I suspect that street people enter...

I'll be honest...I live outside of anchorage, and as a public service "DO NOT STAY HERE!" the hotel is old, and a cheap place for drunks, homeless drunks, and other sleazy types. It is located in an area close to strip bars. Don't be upset when I say homeless drunks...these folks get a large check every month, and check into...
