The hotel has excellent location. The rooms were clean and comfortable for my daughter and I. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The views from the lounge are spectacular and my daughter enjoyed the bears in the lobby.

Negotiated group rate turned out to be more than the actual hotel rate. Many participant's personal debit/credit cards were erroneously charged multiple times and they were advised by their bank executive to withdraw all the money out of their account and close it to prevent further charges. Don't recommend using a bank card connected to your personal bank account.

This was my first time staying at a Hilton. It was clean, the staff friendly, and centrally located. Would definitely stay again. It was a short walk to shops, restaurants, the train station, and the mall. The breakfasts were yummy.

We arrived and where met by the bell staff and taken great care of. Checked in with ease and got a very nice room! We had the Sunday Brunch which was also very good. Set up with the bell captain to have our bags pick up at 9:10 and they where right on time. All in all it was a...

I think this seems to be typical for the area but this hotel seemed pretty overpriced for what it was. The decor and everything seems pretty old, like it hasn't been renovated in a while. The beds aren't super comfortable either. But there are some nice views from the room and it is in a perfect location. So it was...

Our room was fine, our breakfasts were great! The lady who took care of us at breakfast was a little bitty Asian lady with a great work ethic and a smile and attitude that started your day off great! The location was terrific. We were able to see lots in the downtown area. The downside--eating at the Hooper Bay Cafe...

This was a nice, quiet hotel after a very long day flying from Pennsylvania. They had very helpful friendly staff. The breakfast longue was very good and accommodating. The location is in the center of town. You can get everywhere easily. The taxis are always waiting at their entrance.

We were given a corner room on the 8th floor. Room was very nice and the view was outstanding. Mountains on one side an water on the other. The hotel had ample lobby and general rooms and was near the Egean Center which is for conferences.

The service here is good. Not 5 stars, but friendly and attentive. The rooms are dated and in need of renovation. However, the rooms are clean and everything works. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Take a picture with the huge polar bear and brown bear on display in the lobby.
