We stayed at the Hilton Anchorage for one night as part of our Holland America land/sea tour. The hotel is in a central location, which makes it easy to walk to restaurants, Saturday market, etc. When we got to the room we were looking forward to an amazing view of the Cook Inlet. Unfortunately, when we opened the drapes, we...

I really hate to give a bad review as I have stayed at this hotel 3 times before for business. All were good experiences, but highly disappointed when I came here for vacation. I am at a loss for words and will now not return to this hotel. This is a horrible view to give to a vacationing person to...

room was not made up upon my arrival, had to be relocated to another room and front desk clerk was not helpful. Asst manager had to intervene. Was very displeased with the check in process. Location is centrally located, luggage was handled well.

Great location, walked all over downtown. Out late for dinner and then went to Saturday market right across street in the morning. Very fun. I've lived in Alaska for years but when I go to the markets and stay at the Hilton I feel like a tourist and I love that.

We had room 711 which backs up to the elevator shaft and was quite noisy. The room was in need of updating as the wall paper was peeling in places and had mismatched patches. The room was hot and the thermostat did not work. Took two calls to the desk to get maintenance to come remedy the situation. The bed...

Hotel,is right in the middle of everything. Within walking distance of most downtown Anchorage. Best valet service I ever had. Car was available within minutes of calling the valet desk, awesome job. Coffee served in the lobby restaurant is very good.

Stayed here for two nights prior to a cruise. I have stayed at a few other downtown hotels (Sheraton & comfort suites) and in think the Hilton gets the edge. There is no perfect downtown hotel. The location right next to the Saturday Anchorage market was very nice. The hotel is a bit older but our room has newer furnishings....

We spent our last night after Holland America cruise. This hotel definitely caters to all the cruise lines. Our room was SMALL and had so much furniture in it that there was little room for our baggage. The bathroom was also TINY and there was nowhere to put our toiletries. The bed was great and that's all we really cared...

Just spent one night in the Hilton as part of a Holland America Cruise package. The room was clean, king bed was firm and comfortable. Everything worked fine. Not elegant or fancy but extremely functional. The location is right downtown, lots of nearby restaurants. Hotel staff was really helpful. We arrived early in the morning, after a long red eye...
