It was as on par for a best western. Not sure how it has gotten 4.5 stars though. Pros- clean, well kept, cheap, good location, free breakfast. Cons- dated decor, tiny room, smelled like air freshener, no off street parking, old AC/heater unit that was loud.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review regarding your stay at our hotel. We appreciate your comments and observation. When booking our Hotel in the future please feel free to book a Standard room type, not the smaller economy room type you booked on this stay. Our rooms run small. Very nice historical hotel. Upgraded with modern amenities. Very friendly & helpful staff. Pioneer Square Neighborhood is historic, but does have some panhandlers. Not a problem, as many streets in the city have same issue. This place is a hidden gem if visiting Seatlle. reasonable rates for terrific location & amenities. No pool, but never use one anyway. Adequate breakfast...

this is a beautiful old building with tons odd charm. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful. The street noise is a little loud at times but the decor of the hotel more than makes up for it. The AC in the rooms at times isn't the best.

Although this is an old hotel it has been well maintained and feels elegant. Room was very clean and large. We were pleased with the breakfast that was included. The location is extremely convenient. We will probably use this hotel again.

Our experience in this hotel was great. We were able to check in an hour earlier as the room was available. Hotel has a nice complimentary breakfast and the staff was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Pillows and mattress were comfortable. We took the Light Rail to get from SeaTac to Pioneer Square Station (station near to...

Located downtown steps to great restaurants, pubs and shopping. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast included was a great feature we used each day. We were happy with the room, the size and the décor. There is some street noise as we faced the street and we did not mind this and it did not keep us up at...

We chose this hotel because of the good price and location, and that breakfast was included. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of variety. The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was very helpful. Now...about the location... The first night we arrived it was very late at night. It was a bit frightening as there...

extremely dissappointed with the size of our room compared to the size of the other members in our groups rooms. Although we paid the same price. When we walked in our room we literally laughed it was so small. Our friends came to look and laughed as well. The front desk service was friendly if robotic. He repeated himself 3...

The location of the hotel was wonderful to see all of downtown Seattle without having to rent a car. The only suggestion I have to property management is that there should be some type of notification while making reservations that the credit card you wish to pay with must be presented at the time of check-in as they do not...

This hotel was a pleasant first stop for a pair of female senior citizens on a Northwest journey. I chose this hotel because of it's rates and location. The Seattle Art Museum and the fish market are reachable on foot, the King St. Station for Amtrak's Cascade train, city buses, the Pioneer Station or the International Station for the "Link"...
