The Arctic Club is filled with memorabilia from past explorers. The bar is wood paneled with a fire place, very cozy to have drinks and dinner at the bar. From our room we could see slivers of the waterfront.

I will definitely return to this hotel. It is a real gem with a few small issues. The good. The rooms are outstanding in size, very quiet and clean. Tip: Ask for a room facing south as those are the ones with the best views, at least as far as I could tell from the 7th floor. The west facing...

The hotel is old and tired. It needs an upgrade badly. It is too far from the center of activity in downtown Seattle. The elevators need a key card to go anywhere anytime of day or night. The hotel is dark and not friendly. I would not stay there again.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your time in Seattle. We opened as a new Hotel in 2008, in a historic building that was built in 1917. Thus the decor and replicated furnishings are intended to be time period specific to that era. We sorry to hear that our motif wasn't to your liking. Jeff Gouge General...

Stayed here based on other reviews on TripAdvisor. The location worked well as we came in on Amtrak and went home out of Sea-Tac. The club is within walking distance of both the Amtrak station and the light rail for the airport. We walked to the ferry and to Pike Place. We used the monorail to go to the Space...

This old downtown hotel is beautiful! Be sure and get someone to show you the ballroom! The bed was remarkably comfortable as were the pillows. There was alot of street noise but there was nothing to be done about that. The staff was extremely helpful with everything & the food was excellent!

We came to Seattle to celebrate my wife's birthday. The historic hotel was a delight. The hotel maintained a sense of its history. Despite the age of the building, our room was one of the best maintained rooms that I have stayed in for any hotel. All of the hotel workers were friendly and helpful. VERY Quiet rooms - We...

I understand that the Arctic Club Doubletree Seattle is located in an historic building. I felt that the room was very small and the placement of the bed was very awkward. It was difficult to walk around the room or watch TV. The bathroom, on the other hand, was nicely appointed.

A very nice hotel with great staff who were very accommodating. Location was also good and will get better as the area continues to develop. Walking distance from pretty much anything which makes it very convenient.

Both of us prefer this hotel to the nearby Fairmont Olympic at 3 times the price. That is really saying something. If you like history and historic hotels you will simply love this one. If you like a truly great hotel bar this one is not to be missed. We completely fell in love with this place. The staff was...

Great experience. Hotel has great historic vibe and the Dome room is stunning if you have the chance to see it. That being said, the hotel is older (built in 1916) so there are aspects that need updating. However, the room we had on the 8th floor was great, and the real stars of this hotel are the staff members...
