We wanted to get out of downtown, so Capital Hill was the choice and we stayed at the 11th Avenue B & B. The room, Ruby, was great...good bed, nice sitting area. The food, breakfast was very nice, simple, good coffee. Ready for the day. Little bowl of snacks for afternoons and evenings...hot water for tea and coffee all day.... More

We just stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't be more pleased with our stay. Melanie contacted us with the information for check-in and everything was as she said. She really makes sure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We stayed in the Sapphire room and it was just perfect for us. Quiet, clean and comfortable! Breakfast... More

Stayed for four nights and it is so homey and delightful. It's in a great area, easy to find, easy to drive to. There is a lovely park walking distance away, just a couple blocks. It's a short walk downtown but had our car so easy to get around. The breakfasts were amazing. So delicious, and quite the variety. I... More

This place is just what it claims to be on it's website. Homey with thoughtful touches and the location could not be better for restaurants, the light rail and buses. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfasts were outstanding. We were in the Ruby room on the second floor at the back of the house. Very quiet, but I... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The place is spotless. Rooms are comfortable, private baths, super friendly hosts. Beds are lovely, pillows and bedding excellent. Breakfasts at the long communal table are delicious and generous. Location is so convenient to Capitol Hill activities, restaurants, Seattle sights, the light rail from the airport. What a find. So much... More

Stayed 8/11/2016 through 8/15/2016 I had stayed here years ago and it was good but this stay was great. The inn had changed hands and what a difference. The breakfasts were well prepared, very tasty and filling. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and peaceful. The rail system is just down the street when I got... More

This B&B is as good as a B&B can be. It is an old two story house on a quiet street and the bed rooms are large enough (we had the Opal room with a queen and a single). There is a living room sitting area and an internet room too. It is two blocks from the train from the... More

We have stayed here several times and have been pleased every time. Unlike most places to stay in Capitol Hill, they have off-street parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts are good. The last time we stayed, another couple who were vegetarians was able to get breakfasts that worked for them.

This is a stellar inn! My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in August of 2016. The rooms are immaculate with daily linen service and bed making. The bed was VERY comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious, and the staff is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. It is also very convenient to public transportation. As a matter of fact, we walked... More
