We stayed in the Parkview Room. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Julie is a delightful innkeeper. The breakfasts were excellent, plentiful without being too heavy a meal to start your day exploring Seattle. Her dining recommendations were right on. We ate at the Duke's and Greenlake Bar & Grill for dinner and would recommend both. We would highly...

Located overlooking Green Lake, this 1920s "bungalow" (Arts and Crafts) is not far from downtown, has across the street Green Lake with walking, biking, and so on, and is run by a delightful woman who does her own excellent baking for breakfast goodies. There is plenty of street parking available. Everything is spotlessly clean. We would immediately choose this place...

We really appreciated the gracious hospitality of our host, Julie. She was full of local information, recommendations, and good conversation. The B&B was beautiful, accommodations great, and the food was excellent! Greenlake Guesthouse is in an excellent location, with easy access to Downtown Seattle and surrounding areas, with the benefit of being across from the lake. We look forward to...

We stayed one night with our 3 1/2 year old daughter in the Parkview room. It was nicely appointed and decorated. amount we did not use most of the amenities, like the jet tub, it was nice to know they were there. We were felt at home. Most notable to me is how clean it was! Not in an antiseptic...

Greenlake Guest House is a wonderful place to stay in Seattle. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were delicious. The hosts provide a guest refrigerator that is stocked with water bottles and soft drinks -- at no charge. They have an amazing DVD library available to guests to watch in their room. The living room...

This was the first time at a Bed & Breakfast for myself, my wife, and my parents, and if other B&B's offer the same service, attention, and care, it will not be our last. We felt right at home as it was clean and well-maintained. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. If we ever come back to Seattle, we...

What a guesthouse. Stunning home that is clean and quiet in a fantastic location with wonderful hosts. Julie is a wonderful cook (you will struggle to find a better breakfast anywhere). Their knowledge of the city is superb and both her and Blayne were really friendly and accommodating. It was a great atmosphere at breakfast with people from all over...

We flew to Seattle from Boston, and arrived at the Greenlake Inn close to midnight. The welcoming glow of lights and the comfortable, well-appointed room were just what we needed after the long fight. The bed was cozy and comfortable, and the jetted tub was a lovely bonus! I enjoyed the Thymes Eucalyptus soap and lotion so much I am...
