If it weren’t for Ballard and the Hotel Ballard, I can’t think of any reason to go to Seattle. This lovely hotel is right in the middle of Ballard Ave. That location makes numerous bars, restaurants and shops all walkable. All of Seattle has serious problems...More

Yes, it was a reasonable drive to the cruise port. We used uber from the hotel to get to the cruise port. The hotel staff was very helpful in setting us up with uber too! We were surprised that there were several couples also going on our cruise staying at The Ballard. Even ran into folks who just checked in after their cruise and got the "must do" list from them. If I ever cruise in or out of Seattle, this will be the first place I would try to stay at.
