A good value alternative to a hotel. The area is between Downtown and Capitol Hill. Safe and secure entry with concierge. Our condo was ok but a little shabby around the edges. The common areas need refurbishing as they have a rather drab, dark look.

Seattle Suites, the company that provides some of the rental units at the Elektra building, has been our go to provider for Seattle accommodations for the last four years. The units are clean, well maintained, full size kitchen inclusive suites which are perfect for groups ranging from 2 to 6 people. The location is superb, being right beside the convention...

We stayed in #1314 and it was not very clean at all. The unit is quite old and needs much work to make this even an average rental. The location was good but needing so much attention made it a poor rental choice for the price. They boasted AC but it was a portable unit which really didn't work all...

I booked Elektra 1307 through Sea&Sky rentals. The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area is well organized and comfortable, the kitchen is suitably set up and I had no problems with any of the appliances. The best part of this condo is its location! An easy 15 minute walk to the Pike Place Markets...

We're two adults, two boys (ages 10 & 14) so a hotel room just doesn't cut it for us anymore. Seattle Suites was a MUCH better option! Reservations and check in were a snap. Besides being less expensive than a decent hotel, the location is great - a few blocks in either direction to the waterfront/Pike Place Market, department stores,...

Unit 1406 needs lots of work. It was not clean; floor and carpets were yucky. Lots of dust -- the fans were disgusting. The kitchen is stocked with mismatched chipped dishes -- way short on small glasses. The beds were fine, but the comforters were nasty -- need to be cleaned regularly. Not enough towel racks; the shower liner is...

Hello....I had some holiday traveling to do and needed a hotel that was downtown so I got on Essentravel.com and got a great deal on the Dreamland hotel. Right off the bat, very clean rooms, a big plus. And the view of downtown was great. The neighbors next door were a bit noisy but it wasnt all bad. All in...

This is a posting for a different company called Dreamland Suites which has gone out of business. We manage properties in the same building but have never been affiliated in any way with this company.

The Elektra building is the home of the most eclectic flats in downtown Seattle. Dreamland Lodging, on the other hand, is a spoof on the vitality of the building. I booked my stay and had to share a one bedroom with two other guys. The room was very nice, but I had to share with two other grown men. The...

I have just come back from staying at the Electra building, home to the Seattle Suites it was our second visit and we stayed there 2 years ago. It's a great place to feel at home with a taste of living in the city and not just visiting a hotel. The penthouse appartment that I stayed in with a friend...

I found the hotel by chance, while looking on the Internet for another near the Washington Convention Center in Seattle, and the three of us who stayed there at Seattle Suites for four days feel very lucky to have found it. “Room 1410 is excellent, with a giant king bed in a private bedroom, which has its own full private bathroom ensuite. Out in the large main living area are 2 comfy single beds which double as daytime couches, a large entertainment area with couch, love seat, and chair & a very large & nice 4 person dining table. The main area contains a 2nd bathroom, complete with toilet & shower. This unit is perfect for 3 to 6 adults, or for families.”
