I travel to Seattle often for work and have stayed at many different hotels within the Westlake area. This is hands down my favorite. The gym facilities are quite nice, the floors are quite, the restaurant is excellent and the location can't be beat. Highly recommend. The Hyatt Regency across the street is also nice but I definitely prefer this one.
A very good hotel with an excellent indoor pool and delightful cafe - exceptionally comfortable bed! Apparently, I have to keep typing in order to meet some kind of arbitrary goal for God knows what purpose!
We stayed here for one night after an Alaskan cruise. Front desk was very efficient and accommodating. Room was huge and very clean. Location was convenient to shopping on Pine Street. The on-site bagel shop is delicious.
If you arrive at this hotel on a very tight time schedule make sure you put in your request for all of your preferences ahead of anything that you can’t foresee on your arrival day. Like Seafare, The race, multiple closed streets with traffic beyond anything you have encountered. This manager we dealt should not ever be able to assist anyone. Nice hotel minus the mold in the shower and the room next to the elevator hearing drunk people all night and the worst management ever. Excuses are not customer service. Listening is.
I had never been to Seattle before, so I was a bit worried at the location of the Hyatt when I first booked. However, when I exited the light rail station I immediately felt like I was in the right place. There is a ton of shopping and great places to eat surrounding the hotel and it is in walking distance of all the landmarks I wanted to hit on the vacation. I was very pleased with the hotel itself too and made sure to take advantage of their pool and the spa on the second floor. I plan on rebooking with the Hyatt when I return to the city.
The room was decent, the pool and gym are great. The restaurant service took a long time and the food was really salty (way saltier than at regency). The breakfast place is only bagels, and I got really really sick from eating the lox bagel (no idea why).
Traveled with my family, rooms were large, big screen TV, queen beds and bathrooms was on the larger size. There are multiple breakfast and dinning restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, which was nice.
No surprises. As it should be. From a 100 room per year patron. (Not normally Hyatt). Workout room was in great condition with all equipment functioning as it should. Clean towels. Personal present cleaning room and equipment. Sanitary wipes available.
The Olive 8 hotel is such a nice hotel. We were treated so well anytime we passed by the front desk. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The location was great for restaurants, places of interest and the waterfront.
This hotel met all of our expectations! It was located perfectly in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything we did. Had amazing views from the corner room we stayed in. Breakfast downstairs was amazing! Will definitely be back!
