Great service and location, minimal amenities. The hotel property itself is safe but the surrounding area has friendly houseless people roaming the sidewalk and park sometimes. Never bothered us or caused issues. The Belltown Inn tagline “walk to everything!” is accurate- you can walk to pretty much anything, and if it’s a little far for you, there are tons of bus stops/lightrails,trams, rental ebikes/escooters, and they even have bikes for you to use during your stay. There is an airport shuttle for a fee, or you can easily get to the light rail station (walk or bus) to catch a ~30-minute ride to Sea-Tac airport. The cable TV in our room stopped working on the first night but we weren’t there for the TV so it didn’t bother us. Lots of free coffee. Beautiful rooftop area to relax and see the city. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. …
Very good Service, friendly staff, good price for Seattle! You have to try the rooftop. Great experience. But please be aware that the location Bell Street and Blanchard Street are critical regarding Drug deal and Homeless. This didn’t disturb our stay, it is better to be informed otherwise you will receive a Shock” when you come around.
We were able to get the room on short notice with a mobile discount on booking.com. The room was much better than we expected and the staff from the person greeting you at the door to the reception, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Parking is across the street for $30, but they let us stay extra without charging us a fee. The rooms were very nice too.
a saving grace when suddenly left stranded by air bnb host. Not only was there availability but front desk was super helpful with meeting our unexpected needs. loved the roof top deck for quiet spot without having to leave the property.
We were greeted warmly in the middle of the night and shown the upmost care throughout our stay. The staff made every request seem possible like they'd heard it before and it wasn't a big deal. If I come back to Seattle, I will stay again.
Belltown Inn is doing all the right things for a budget friendly hotel. Perfect location to walk to everything you'd want to do in Seattle. Bike rentals were included which allowed us to explore the city much deeper than we would have been able to do on foot. Some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. A great experience and we will certainly be back!
The rooms were very nice and the check in was very good. The front desk was helpful. The location was nice because it was walking distance to most activities. Would recommend it to anyone coming to Seattle.
Hands down the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered. What a refreshingly wonderful experience. Big hugs to all of them. Will not return on account of all the strung out, mentally unstable addicts that were pervasive in the area.
We were hesitant to stay here when just looking from the outside, the surrounding area seemed a little shady, but we were pleasantly surprised at how modern and clean Belltown Inn is. Our room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Dicey neighborhood, though convenient to core city and Pike Place. Good restaurants within walking distance. Hotel prices are high in Seattle, but this hotel was expensive for the quality. I would give the property 2 stars. Room was clean with a comfortable bed but very small. Checkin for those with a car is a hassle. Parking is too far away to carry bags and guests with cars must live park on the street to unload. The hotel was busy and crowded at the time and potential waits at the desk could be long if live parked. However, front desk personnel were really very nice and helpful. The one elevator was tiny and shared with cleaning personnel with large carts--long waits.
