My friends and I flew in from FL to celebrate a 25th birthday. The hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The general manager and the front desk staff were kind, professional, and just awesome! I also thought it was super convenient to text the front desk for anything (i.e pillows, hangers, late check out, food recommendations, etc.) They definitely made our stay amazing!
Very helpful, polite, and overall great experience. They are located near everything you could want to do in Seattle, walking distance! Clean and pet friendly, which was nice because we brought our dog. Will definitely stay again.
We had a dog traveling with us and this was the best pet friendly hotel we’ve stayed at! The staff offered a bed, bowls, etc. for our boy upon arrival. They were overall friendly in general and the rooms were lovely! Very convenient with everything being in walking distance. We’ve been to Seattle before and will always choose this hotel from now on. Would highly recommend to others!
We had such a great time here, check-in was super easy and clean, room was immaculate and met all expectations. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to all. Great location, close to Pike Place, Link rail stations and tons of shopping and food options.
Pros: This hotel is located in a fantastic location. A very short walk to Pike Place Market. Sam at the front desk was phenomenal. He always had the best suggestions for restaurants and tips on getting around Seattle! We stayed for 5 nights, and the room was nice and had good views. Great bathtub for soaking. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: The restaurant is currently closed, with no time frame on when or if it will reopen post-Covid. There's no room service. Empty fridge. There is a tiny coffee shop located downstairs for a few hours in the morning - average coffee with no food options, other than some oatmeal and yogurt. Housekeeping did not come one time. I'm guessing this was a Covid thing. We had to use some shopping bags to collect trash, as it quickly filled up. We had to request clean towels a couple of nights, but no one took the old towels during the day, so there was just a pile. Last thing - Due to unfortunate inner ear problems following the flights and train rides into town, I struggled with pretty severe vertigo for a few days. Elevators make this much worse. The girl at the front desk said the stairs were NOT an option, regardless of our situation. That was really strange. She said "the elevators are newly remodeled and safe." My issue was definitely not one of fear or safety... so that was frustrating. I guess it's great that they have safe elevators, but quite annoying that you can't use the stairs. Because of this, I avoided going back to the hotel at all during the day just so I didn't have to use elevators. This same girl at the front desk forgot to send us a few things after asking for them in person, and we had to call down twice (it was just cups and ice). This happened two nights in a row. Maybe the problem is just her, and not the hotel. Overall, average hotel and experience! …
