Hey there Sean, Thanks so much for staying and for taking a moment to share your thoughts. Truly sorry about the disappointing experience. Given the uniqueness of the work being done by the City of Seattle when it came to the power outages we weren't provided a whole lot of information. We truly did our best to ensure that our...

The staff is friendly and very helpful. Just about every item on the place will have you spark a conversation with your fellow hotel guests. It is very centrally located and a short walk from there you'll be next to the waterfront and the Pike Place Market.

We were only there one night and enjoyed it. We knew from reviews to expect the tiny rooms and elevators so that wasn't bothersome. Got a very nice check in experience, slept well. Walked everywhere we needed to and had fun!

Ok, I have mixed feelings. On the upside, the room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was professional and helpful. The hotel has a cool hip vibe if you like that sort of thing. Where they fall down is in the details. The bathroom was TINY; the shower stall was TINY and there was a...

It was okay, food was good, rooms too small, shower too small, elevator broke and my wife is disabled😱, cocktail hour was good. Need higher quality towels The bed was too high and too soft. Other than that, great job for old old hotel.

Friendly greeting and quick check in at the Front Desk. Received a free beer in the lobby, which was great. Rooms were well maintained and very spacious. The only con would be that the bathroom was a bit small, but overall a great hotel with great service all around.

Thoughtful, comfortable and clean. The staff and accommodations didn't disappoint. Make sure you eat at least breakfast in the restaurant. As the last stop of a 10 day outing it was perfect. Can't wait to come back!

Location was good. Rooms are small, but then it is a European style hotel. We got a group rate, which was excellent. Bed comfortable. We had a studio, which did give us more room then the regular ones.
