The hotel is in the very good location. You can have tasty and healthy breakfast for extra 26 $. Good to spend some time and relax in the warm pool. Finally, it is nice to sleep in very big and comfortable bed.

Perfect cleanness, very kind personnel, very silent rooms with perfect sleep quality, convenient distance from the Washington State Conference Center; just needed a boiler in the room and a larger wardrobe to be absolutely perfect but I really enjoyed my staying and I will be happy to come back should I have an occasion

Service was good, bed was awesome, parking rates were crazy, room was nothing special and I would've liked the use of a mini fridge for no extra charge but overall it was solid. Service was good and nice a little slow though. I'd say slightly better then average.

Thank you for sharing your stay with us and the TripAdvisor community. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the Heavenly Beds and our overall guest customer service. We appreciate your feedback regarding our parking and access to mini fridges. Unfortunately, our parking lot is managed by a third party vendor and we are not able to challenge those...

I stayed here for a conference at the Seattle Conference Center. It's a lovely hotel, very well take care of. It looked like the rooms and lobby had been updated. The elevators were in the process of being updated and slowed travel a minor amount. The restaurant had delicious food, definitely recommend staying here. Short walk from Pike Place Market...

Stayed here for one night. loved the location of the hotel! stayed in floor 34 and the view was just amazing. very comfortable very modern. the only downside was WIFI was not free, and parking is a little pricey ($45.00) but paid anyways. wish i could stayed longer.

Very clean, front desk and concierge staff very helpful and friendly. Nice size rooms, cleaned and freshened daily. Heating/air system was good. Of note, the health fitness room is woefully inadequate for a hotel this size (two 35 study towers share a fitness room with only 10 or so treadmills and only 2 exercise bikes)-I would not stay here again...

I stayed there for my birthday. I got upgraded to a suite with a nice view. I was given a free birthday cake that was delicious. The fitness center has nice equipment, and even chilled towels. There is a separate weight room not too far away from the fitness center with the exercise bikes, and treadmills. There is a inside...

Arrived early....way before listed check in time. But the guy at the desk let us have our room anyway. We paid extra for a water view. Ended up on the 34th floor. What can but ..... amazing!!! Valet parking is horribly expensive at $57 USD per night. But self park wasn't much better. Only a burger restaurant in the hotel...

Very nice higher end hotel close to the city center. Its older but its been kept up well and has comfortable rooms. Especially like that it has a parkade that is easy to access, no valet required. Pool is an added plus and is a nice size, but lacking a hot tub. Only complaint is that we could not keep...
