We stayed here with a group of 115 for a Seattle tour. The staff was very nice and accommodating to all our needs with such a large group. Rooms were a mix of sizes and amenities. Some were standard hotel rooms while some were suites complete with kitchenettes. All rooms had mini fridges and safes. We stayed on floors 2...

Thank you very much for the kind words about our staff and our hotel. We all work very hard to provide a great experience in the city and in the hotel. Our location is one of our best features and we constantly get praise for our great breakfast. I hope your cruise home was excellent, -Paul

We stayed 3 nights. Everything worked, everything was in place but the decor and furnishings were tired, run down and dingy. Breakfast was basic. The whole place was in need of redecoration and TLC. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. It was also sited on a busy and noisy road. In its defence there was bottled water...

The location was more important to us because of the Space Needle, but I wouldn't stay here again. The price is too high for this under maintained property. It's dark and almost creepy. It wouldnt have cost much more for a hotel or Airbnb!!!

I don't understand the recent negative reviews. The breakfast was hot and excellent with a large variety of choices. My room (a suite) was reasonably priced and clean. The TV worked although I rarely watch anything so I can't comment too much. The maid service was excellent. Cookies in the lobby were plentiful and very good. The staff was helpful...

Skip this location - cable was out for entire weekend of March Madness (although the lobby tv was fully operational so it wasn't the weather as the desk told us) - we made 5 phone calls to the front desk about the TV and twice no one even answered; bathroom tiny, door hit the toilet when closed and opened; wallpaper...

Subpar accommodations, noise from traffic eastside of building, no heat in bathroom, toilet leaked, elevator did not work properly, antiseptic smell after room cleaning, and very small rooms. Staff very helpful and willing to help address concerns. Not sure I would come back. The facility needs a complete make-over. The "quality" in Quality Inn is missing. DD..march 21st- march 25th...

Having stayed at some comfort inn this was a big letdown as I usually stay outside of downtown. Was excited to be in the middle of the city, but just didn't live up to expectations for the price. Breakfast wasn't that good either.

My stay in this hotel was worse than most hostels I have stayed in to be honest. That being said, the poor quality of my stay had more to do with the other guests than the hotel itself. The walls are very thin, and my neighbors were basically screaming throughout the night. The hotel should probably offer guests ear plugs...

Very very cramped, bathroom so small you cannot find a place to set a small makeup bag. Very dated with fixtures corroded. Looks like it was built in 1960 and never changed. But The beds were clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was the norm. We had no room to set-up up suit cases other than on the bed.
